Nothing so far. I love the notetaking aspect of the it.

Ability to live watch calles on both phone and laptop.

The early AI stuff is a bit too robotic - like summaries - but this'll obviously get better

Reviewing meetings with our customers, initial meetings and just about all recordings of the sales process.
Great tool for summarising meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has the most accurate transcripts of all the tools I've tried. This makes it easy for me to use the transcript for creating marketing content. It also provides really good meeting summaries and follow ups. Plus it's super simple to use and I love that I can reference calls from my entire team. It integrates with Gmail and automatically records my external meetings which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues with Jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a reference to client conversations so I could easily create case studies and other marketing collateral from these.

What do you like best about the product?
What we love most about Jiminny is how it brings transparency and clarity to our customer conversations. The ability to record, transcribe, and analyze calls in one place has been a game-changer for our marketing and sales alignment. It helps us understand exactly how messaging is landing, identify patterns across customer interactions, and coach our teams more effectively. The integration with our CRM and other tools is seamless, and the user interface is clean and easy to navigate. It’s not just a call recording tool—it’s a full-fledged conversation intelligence platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Jiminny has been incredibly valuable, there are a couple of areas where we’d love to see further improvement. Sometimes the transcription accuracy can slip slightly, especially with heavy accents or technical jargon, though it’s usually easy to correct. Also, we’d appreciate more flexibility in customizing dashboard views and reporting for specific marketing use cases. That said, the Jiminny team is very responsive to feedback, and they’re constantly rolling out updates, which gives us confidence in the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping us solve several key challenges in marketing and sales alignment. Before using it, we lacked visibility into real customer conversations, which made it difficult to understand what messaging was resonating and where prospects were dropping off. Jiminny solves that by capturing every call, transcribing them accurately, and giving us deep insights through conversation analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The call statistics intelligence is super helpful and a great way to highlight areas of improvement in my client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the call summary notes have been incorrect.

It allows me to review my calls to ensure I'm giving the client enough space to talk and highlights areas of improvement with the keyword highlighter.

* Primarily optimized for English; accents (e.g., heavy Indian/British) sometimes misread.
* Sometimes it’s not quite stable, but also not sure if it’s my network’s issue.
* Price: price might be high, I'm not the buyer and according to other colleagues that the price is not that competitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recording and learning/coaching, it's really best for international teams as team members have different time zones, but leveraging Jiminny it allows me more ease to learn and catch up on everything, it's really intuitive and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Jimminy automatically transcribes calls. It makes it so much easier to review conversations and keep track of important details. This feature has been a huge time-saver for our team!

I sometimes had issues accessing Jimminy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy solves the problem of having to manually take notes during calls or rely on memory after meetings. By automatically transcribing calls, it makes it easy to review conversations, track follow-ups, and share important information with the team. This has improved our accuracy, saved us a lot of time, and made it much easier to keep everyone aligned on next steps.
