Covers most of our dialling and recording requirements.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and does both the dialer and the recording of calls. which means that you don't have to use multiple diffeerent tools to do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls can drop out and the connection isn't great and the whole team have experienced this every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that would allow us to make and log calls but also record them in order to be able to go back and re-listen to calls and review them as a team for training purposes.

really easy to cut parts of calls together to be able to send to clients post-demo

nothing stands out - very ease to use and navigate

evaluating how successful calls are, improving on demo's, understanding bad habits in conversations etc

Self coaching tool is great but also the milestone option to record special moments during calls that lets us focus on the clients and not take notes

Sometimes there is a lag in calls being recorded but their customer success team is quick and efficient to reslolve it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self coaching is great as we ar eall critical of our own work and that a way to do it in the privacy of your own space.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript is really accurate and good. Helps me remember what went on/was talked about in our calls. I use Jiminny a few times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when client sets up call, Jiminny can't be added to it.

It helps take notes and gives an AI analyticis of what the next steps look like for post-call.

The support is great. The chatbot pings me back in an instant!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Jiminny has helped me to build immense empathy for both our customers and internal Sales/Support Teams. It is a go-tool for me when I want to learn about our prospects and observe interactions. I love how easy it is to highlight moments within videos and to download them when working offline. A great tool to work cross-collaboratively overall!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some elements of the UX could be a little more intuitive — I feel confident to do only quite simple and basic things right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a strategic user researcher, it enables me to build mental bridges between our customers <> our Sales/Support team <> user research and product teams.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful that it's integrated into our calendars so all external calls are automatically recorded and analyzed. Very easy to find the calls in the dashboard to review the call in its entirety or by specific segment. The search functions makes it quick to jump to key points by keyword. Understanding important themes and statistics help improve learning from calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript doesn't attribute certain parts to the correct speaker, especially if someone wasn't included on the invite. I did also see where there were two speakers with the same name, and it was confused about which person to attribute the conversation to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to validate written notes from calls to ensure no gaps on follow up items & better track opportunities for improvement on pitches/talking points

What do you like best about the product?
Auto recording and transcripts, makes sales coaching super easy and no room to 'miss' or 'forget' to record calls, makes it easier to onboard new consultants and SDRs

Havent found any concerns yet, have found it super easy to use

Increasing consultant skill sets through always on coaching collection, it means I have a bank of calls to review at any point in time

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been super helpful in my role (Onboarding Specialist). After all trainings with my customers, I am then able to send them recordings of the training. It has been super helpful and my customers really appreciate it.
The Hubspot integrations are also great, it has been way easier to log meetings with the Jiminny Sidekick, and has actually optimized my workflow.
Customer Support has also been super fast and helpful with their chatbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Jiminny. Sometimes if I want to scrub through a video it can take a bit of time to load but that normally just has to do with the WIFI,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not use Jiminny for sales purposes although our team has purchased it for that. I am an Onboarding Specialist and it allows me to send the recordings of every training to our customers. It is also very helpful to look back on if needed.
Being able to receive an automated summary transcript and actions has been a game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings, automated summaries, and actions, keyword lookup on calls, the ease of use and implementation have all been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Jiminny is proving real value when having calls with customers

We're not having to make tedious notes all the time, which means we're concentrating on the customer call.
