A very useful tool for research

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use. The transcripts are spot-on, and the reporting features are top-notch. It just makes everything so smooth and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit tricky to search for calls, especially as a new user. If the navigation could be made easier, that would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is a big help for me as a product manager. It lets me listen to sales and account manager calls so I can understand what our customers need. It's like having a superpower for customer insights!

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that I can watch my meetings back. Additionally, the interface is easy to use, especially alongside other softwares such as Hubspot and RevenueHero, which all come together to streamline my operations, save me time and make my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about Jiminny is being unable to search for individual colleagues and then go back through their recent meetings and calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of assessing whether clients are attending meetings, preventing me from having to chase up colleagues for this information when all of us are busy people with tight schedules. It also allows me to go over past calls and meetings of both myself and my colleagues, which benefits me in terms of sales coaching - this was an invaluable tool when starting out as an SDR and learning how to speak on the phone with clients and pitch.

There can sometimes be times when the software goes down, which decreases sales productivity dramatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Our design team have found Jiminny to be a really useful tool. We would regularly review customer support calls to capture feature requests and pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. It can ocassionally be a little hard to find what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny serves lots of different purposes depending on who is using it. The design team are using it better understand what our customers expect from our product before onboarding. It's been a great tool for guiding our roadmap and vision.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, easy to use generally and UI. Transcription & summaries are very handy. Side-kick is useful. Sharing snippets increidbly helpful (IF the time stamp stays accurate)

Customer suport very good & responsive on chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call snippets are often buggy and direct to the wrong timing. Hopeful this is fixed soon as it's one of the best pieces of functionality, very furstrating when it bugs out.

Wasted time taking notes & easy sharing of snippets with wider business.

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy has proven to be a valuable asset in my capacity working in Marketing. I can easily listen to sales calls and read the transcript. Jimminy makes it considerably easier to track and record meetings using the Jiminny Sidekick. This integration has significantly optimized my workflow.

Their customer support is also exceptional. Their chatbox feature is both rapid and invaluable in addressing any inquiries or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcribing conversations during calls with unreliable connections can occasionally result in incorrect attribution of dialogue to the wrong speakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining access to sales insights poses a significant challenge for marketers. However, thanks to the platform's keyword tracking and the capacity to tag, comment, and provide asynchronous coaching, I can now effortlessly capture customer sentiment, feedback, and quotations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find filter through recordings to find points of the conversations where specific phrases were used, it makes it super easy to find what I'm looking for

Nothing, I find everything easy to use and all of the features are really intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis and coaching is really cool, and has taught me things about how I interact that I did not conciously realise
What do you dislike about the product?
The side panel interface is a bit clunky and leads to forgetting to activate Jiminy for some calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small start up, being able to share insights from existing and potential customer calls across the whole business quickly and with an automated summary is invaluable. The coaching also helps upskill a small team with little sales experience

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is an easy tool to use for reps, managers, and ops professionals. With a little bit of setup you can configure it to track the most important parts of your sales calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve it's reporting, notifications and integrations. When comparing it to gong, it's just not in the same league.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording is our main use case and it does that
