Super fast and functional transcriber with great new AI summaries
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many useful automated features, but recently they added AI summaries which has been super helpful in summarizing call notes and action items for my customers. Right now I'm adding it to my call logs, but it's very close to being able to send it to customers! This is a daily tool in my Customer Succes routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super small issue, but the placement of "Search Transcript" is kind of in a weird place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is super helpful in having lookback data. I no longer have to take notes or even review the transcript sometimes because their intelligence tool sums up everything for me.
Very impressive product and even better customer service and onboarding.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI will summarize my meeting and give me a bullet point of things I promised. It works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it does what it promised and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many zoom meetings, its so hard to remember everything.
Great for recording, had some issues with calls but largely beneficial app

Call recordings and feedback loops, great for giving feedback from different team members. Understanding talk ratios .etc

Had some isssues with cold calls dropping out but unique to myself and not other team members have beeen woring with support to try to resolve things.

Helping identify where issues are within sales process, monitor key moments in calls and getting feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny does most things that it says. The customer service is top notch, fairly easy to use. It records calls and transribes accuralty for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The summarys could use some lift. They dont really pull useful information out most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to calls for coaching and the summary of calls.

I love creating different playlists. The level of organization has been great for training new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribing is not the best. I rely heavily on captions, and it misspells/misunderstands words often.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has been incredibly helpful in my personal development as an account manager at a small software company. I use it daily to review my own customer calls as well as those of my colleagues to continuously learn how to better present myself and our products to our customers. It has empowered my company at large to improve our tactics in interacting with our customers, and it has enabled collaboration across all departments to respond to the needs of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I've encountered with Jiminny is the Notetaker occassionally taking several minutes to join a meeting when I manually invite it. Also, the visual quality of recorded calls could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping me and my manager analyze my sales calls to improve my tactics. It also automatically summarizes the calls in Hubspot, which is incredibly helpful (the Hubspot Integration in general is amazing).
Good support, good value and customizable - might be a bit less polished
What do you like best about the product?
It does what it's supposed to, and has great AI powered summaries and next actions. Having the ability to customize your own topics and themes into the tool provides a lot of additional value. We use it every day and have it linked to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less polished, and while setting it up you might encounter some things that need to be fixed by their engineering team. Their Customer Support is quick, and has thus far been able to solve this quite well. There are just some quirks that I wish were possible, overall innovation of the platform has been quite fast though.
