Ease of use. Autojoin meeting. RECAPS of meetings/calls are great!

Translation to swedish can be a bit wrong at times. Auto join doesnt always work

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has helped me improve my demos in a way I could never have predicted. Purely being able to see everything broken down in such a simple way see what you are doing well and not so well on your customer calls makes self improvement so simple. As a team we regularly run sessions where we review another team members call and share feedback through the platform which invaluable to be easy to look back at and take forward into future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - currently Jiminny is doing everything I could have hoped for

Making the sales process more efficient and also easy of access for feedback and self improvement of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Every aspect of this tool is awesome and super easy to use. Jiminny has basically become my go-to tool for staying on top of all these different types of calls and interactions. It's just crazy useful, I use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notetaker feature, which is undoubtedly a valuable asset, currently requires a few minutes to join an ongoing call. It would be preferable if this functionality could seamlessly integrate and join calls immediately upon initiation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has been a total lifesaver when it comes to client calls. Instead of stressing about taking detailed notes, I can just focus on the actual conversation and being present. Knowing I can go back and review the call recording whenever I need to is such a weight off my shoulders.
But Jiminny is more than just a recording tool - it's also an amazing coaching resource that's helped me level up my conversation skills big time. Being able to re-watch past calls and get feedback has been invaluable for identifying areas I can improve.

Life Saver and a great upgrade from our previous Notetaker
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are great - It is very easy to go down a rabbit hole into the analysis available but it really makes you conscious of your talk time and attributes.
The summary notes are fab as well. They are so good i often can copy and paste as my meeting note in CRM.
It's super easy to navigate as well and has made sharing recordings much easier. We used to use Chorus but this has a ton more features, is way more reliable and the customer support is super efficient

What do you dislike about the product?
My only negative would be the Best Practice stats in some of the analytics as they do seem a bit skewed in some instances but CS have said that they are working on refining these so will change soon. Its such a tiny aspect that i found in my analytics rabbit hole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a record of what is said on calls. I speak to my customers all day everyday and sometimes can be back to back with meetings so dont always have time to make notes immediately. Jiminny is always there so this isnt a worry anymore

The generated to-dos after the call. Very actionable.

Seems that sometimes the link that I complete doesn't label meetings appropriately. That could be an organization thing though.

Takes notes for me and gives me actionable insights after the call.

Things started great with free trial led by sales. Sales person was extremely attentive (even though we are just a small sales team) and they (along with customer enablement specialist) really took the time to:
1. understand our needs
2. provided us with a thorough walkthrough of the application so we didn't feel lost
3. checked in on us regularly and were very resonsive to questions
Once we made the decision to go with Jiminny - contracting was easy and they were patient as we completed our necessary info/sec reviews.
Post contract - it's been great working with the assigned CSM to implement & customize Jiminny to our specific needs.
It's been only a month but so far the sales reps really appreciate the call summaries as well as the list of follow-ups.
The integration into our HubSpot CRM has been seamless.
Looking forward now to using many of the coaching & self assessment features to really drive the value out of the platform.

Can't think of any. If you don't like the color pink I guess - this application is not for you.

Easy to use & supportive team
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to setup, easy to use, and the team gets right back to us whenever we have any questions. Does everything you need a CI tool to do, and certain features like live Live Coaching (listening live to a colleague's calls) are far ahead of their competition. It was a huge pain-point for us prior to moving to Jiminny that our previous tool's live coaching feature had a 20+ second delay, and low frame-rate - not a problem with Jiminny!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that would be great to add is the ability to track exactly who watches your Jiminny snippets, when you send it out to a prospect/customer :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the needs of my prospects, and having one unified record of the information they've given to us over calls.
Helpful and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen back to calls and having all the transcripts readily available to read. We use this once a day so it's great as a team to be able to easily listen back and give each other pointers and tips of what we can do better next time.

Sometimes the live coaching doesn't appear.

Being able to watch and listen back to old calls to better myself and others.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see an overview of meetings and calls, also be able to involve metrics and terminology to score those calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to Jiminny would be you can;t format the dashboard as well as you would like, however this is very minimal as it has been optimised very well

Consolidates all of my meetings, notes and pipeline into one place, from there I can make proactive decisions quicker and quality check my meetings.

Manual tagging of what type of call. Can suggest to automatically log activity type based on keyword of the call. When meeting contains keyword "Demo" - Then log activity type as Demo.

Helping in building call inisghts from sales team during their demos. Avoids mistakes by having the ability to review calls at will with transcrirpts.
