What do you like best about the product?
it makes my life easier and helps me focus on other tasks in my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui could maybe be imported slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows me to get insite into my calls and allow me to use that feedback to help my growth and hopely close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great user interface and easy to integrate in our workflow. The AI recap is incredible and saves time taking notes. Jiminny also lets you click on the notes and it will bring you back to the part of the video where the note is based off. There are definitely other use cases that will come from this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time once you load the video link for it to populate a day + meeting within the interface but this doesn't hinder any work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, I am constantly taking notes during our client-facing sales calls. This allows me to record, and takes notes for the team as well as next steps which drastically saves us time and energy, also reduces possible errors in recall.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Jiminny helps me create detailed follow-up emails effortlessly and collect valuable analytics on client trends — all of which I use to prepare for my CEO’s meetings and support strategic decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I dislike about Jiminny. It has worked exactly as promised and even exceeded my expectations in many ways. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and has truly streamlined my workflow. I always feel confident that I’ll get the information I need without any hassle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny solves the challenge of keeping track of detailed customer conversations and ensuring nothing important gets missed. By recording all meetings, it allows me to accurately generate follow-up emails and capture key insights without relying on memory or manual notes. It also provides valuable analytics on client trends and behavior, which helps me prepare more meaningful updates and strategic insights for my CEO's meetings. This saves me time, improves accuracy, and helps our team make better, data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The summary it generates and the way it breaks it down into categories like actions items, summary, and key points and also gives you a transcript that you can easily refer to.
I also like the fact that Jiminny makes it very easy for me to refer to any of my team's meetings as well which I might not even have been a part of which is often a big help, especially when I need to catch up on a meeting after returning from a vacation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that if even one participant doesn't opt in to have the call recorded, no recording is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easy way to go back and refer to earlier meetings and extract meeting summaries for reporting and record keeping purposes.
Because of that I dont need to manually take notes and manually write summaries for reporting and I can devote my time to more important stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user-friendly interface and the segmentations of My recordings, team recordings and all recordings
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the transcriptions could use some work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is allowing me to see what parts of the conversations are red flags or next steps and that allows me to create a proactive plan for my clients and in turn increase the chance of retention for at-risk clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminy is extremely user-friendly and intuitive to use. I can easily search for keywords and quickly find the relevant calls. The AI captures information accurately, which makes reviewing calls far more efficient — it's clear where conversations went well and where there’s room for improvement. Their support team is excellent and responds promptly to any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind! The team really do enjoy using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to watch back the recordings, share with team members (especially for onboarding). Better note taking and follow up emails is a big win

UI is a little much. Too many things going on at once.

What do you like best about the product?
My colleagues are able to coach my calls and give feedback, the note taker is automatically added to my meeting, and you can keep playlists!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use an upgrade, like I want to customize the colors is all haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newer BDR, I have issues with sounding awkward on the phone. Jiminny is solving that by allowing coaching on my calls from my colleagues!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, and has great transcription and overview notes of calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have Jiminny jump off a call so once a customer hangs up we could just chat about the call internally and not have all of that in the notes, as it makes the overview and transcription less valuable

What do you like best about the product?
Recording breakdown & data, transcripts, summary, statistics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log back in often as it signs me out for some reason, and occasionally the note taker isn't automatically added/invited to the Google Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It records my demos and gives the ability to go back and review information the client talked about as well as going back and analyzing my tone, verbiage, etc.
