What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for my team to adopt right away. The platform provides valuable insights that have helped us improve our sales performance significantly. The coaching frameworks are a standout feature, allowing us to tailor sessions to individual reps and focus on specific areas for improvement. Additionally, Jiminny’s flexibility has been a huge advantage, as we’ve been able to seamlessly adapt it to fit our existing sales training model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce took longer than anticipated. While it does work as expected now, the setup process could be smoother. Additionally, the AI functionality is still evolving. It’s promising but needs more time to better understand the nuances of our conversations, such as specific tones and contextual elements we prioritize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny has streamlined our sales coaching process and given us actionable data to work with. We’ve seen a marked improvement in Sales Team performance and overall deal progression thanks to the real-time feedback and insights the platform provides. It has also allowed us to deliver more personalized coaching that aligns perfectly with our internal strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using it for 3 months-ish, but I can't imagine living without it now. Automatic recordings, transcriptions, AskJiminny follow-ups and insights... I can reference whatever's necessary at any time. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many negatives to share, but the UI can be unintuitive in the beginning (especially AskJiminny button moving around the intefrace).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of reference of past conversations, insights into my own speech.

I find the summary and next steps from a meeting most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow-up e-mail suggestions sometimes aren't that great, however, I do find useful bits and pieces to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminy is saving me tons of time on admin with direct integration with Salesforce and allows me to focus on the more important part of my job. We all know admin is there for a reason and serves a purpose, but it feels great when you don't have to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy naviagte around the sofware. Saves me so much time, espically with the AI funtion to summarise conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time is takes to load long conversations, if I need them the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I cannot remember what somone said I can go back and listen. If I cant understand someone, the scipt will tell me what they said.

its so easy and you can do so much on it! Love how it gives a summary of coversations which i can use on my other system.

theres so much to do on it i could stay on it all day lol

it is so much quicker to listen and double check calls which means we can better our customer service

What do you like best about the product?
being able to listen back to your own calls and us the AI to look at a summery and options of what to do next
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing massive that I dislike, sometimes calls could be on a little quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How I speak with customers, making sure I am responding in the right way especially when it comes to renegotiations.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI features are brilliant - helps me remember as i do a lot of calls - easy to implement into our system and the customer support is great - i use it alot - integration into our system helps massively

nothing really it, it proper helps me with my work and keeping up to date

What do you like best about the product?
The product enables our GTM team to record, analyse and review calls on a consistent basis, which is not something we'd every tracked prior to Jiminny. We've already seen commercial performance improving in only a few months since implementing the Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally the transcription tool doesn't pick up the correct language. However over time I imagine this will be become more educated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility over meetings happening, what's goig on in those meetings, and therefore the ability to improve every aspect of our meetings.
