Good software for reviewing my team calls

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, great summaries of calls and capturing of key actions and discussion points
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript of non-english conversations can be a bit iffy

Recording calls from my team, and giving me a platform to review consistency and delivery of recommendations to clients

The Optimal Tool for those on Customer Calls

What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up email feature on Ask Jiminny, and the transcript where I can easily run a search for keywords spoken about. The Jiminny team is very helpful as well. I requested for a few features over a customer support case with them, and within 3 weeks, the features were implemented. Never had such an experience with other companies before.

Good post-sales support are hard to find. Jiminny takes care of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
NIL. I don't think there's anything big. The only small thing is that the Chrome Jiminny extension opens as a new tab, and not as an extension, making the system lag slightly. But this is not a big hindrance personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Follow up emails and the transcript, so I can refer back to what was spoken

Love being able to review every call at a high level. Search for keywords and the email follow up tool is a time saver!

sometimes doesnt join calls but this could be due to SDR set up / Access

Reviewing sales discovery calls = better follow ups and next meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Really strong AI. Have very good localization to native languages we use. Impressively, can churn accurate emails that add in summary items, action steps, next steps, etc. Really love how fast and intuitive it becomes when you need a clean and clear sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's been working pretty great. It has all the features I need to make things work smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to churn smart AI emails where all the action steps and next steps is laid out nicely for you. It catches on things that I should include like a response to why we are better than competitor X

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has streamlined my note taking ability and brought it to the next level. No more individual notes, trying to scribble down information during meetings. Now is the time to take meaningful notes and actions after the fact. Jiminny keeps me organized, easily incorporates into my workflows and was a snap to set up (I didn't even have to do anything). I really appreciate the ability to take 'snippets' of my customer calls and share them internally/externally seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI, the summary is the best part. The rest of the features are a bit extra: I don't think I'd use an AI summary email or risk associated with accounts at face value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're required to take notes for every customer meeting, and ensure there are accurate follow up steps for us internally (with product) and externally (with stakeholders). Jiminny easily helps solve this with automated note taking and AI summaries, integrated into our Customer Success Platform & CRM, and be able to share 'snippets' with others as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights and being able to keep up with my team and what they are watching/reviewing! I also like the ease of use and how simple it is to navigate the platform. I love seeing the key words and being able to jump to specific mentions in the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screens are a bit jumbled, it could possibly improve with some UI/UX research and seeing where customers are struggling. The search bar is somewhat hard to use. I would like to be able to search for a person and see all of their recorded calls- if this exists I have yet to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy is solving the organization problems that everyone is having. Being able to search by key words is crucial to us and finding the correct video
This also helps us review salespeople and find if any errors are happening// receiving customer feedback.

I have no complaints about the tool. Does what it says on the tin.

As an early adopter of this tool within our organization and daily user, I've become a true believer in its capabilities and a vocal advocate for its use.

The AI integrations are particularly impressive, representing a significant leap towards the future of client management. These features have dramatically expedited my follow-up process, generating thoughtful email drafts and comprehensive internal notes with remarkable efficiency. This time-saving aspect alone has made the tool invaluable to my daily operations.
This analytical component has been instrumental in helping me identify areas for improvement and capitalize on my strengths.
A standout feature that I've only recently discovered is the LIVE coaching functionality. During a particularly technical call, this feature proved its worth tenfold. My colleague was able to provide real-time assistance, helping me address complex questions with confidence and precision. This level of on-the-spot support is truly revolutionary in maintaining a high standard of client communication.

While I'm still on the fence about the autoscore rating system – I believe human nuance in evaluations is crucial – I find the team insights feature incredibly useful. It provides me with actionable data to continually refine my approach and foster professional growth. This trade-off makes my qualm with the star a nominal footnote.

The recording features have been a game-changer for me, streamlining my workflow and allowing me to be fully present during client interactions.
