I LOVE Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
My colleagues are able to coach my calls and give feedback, the note taker is automatically added to my meeting, and you can keep playlists!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use an upgrade, like I want to customize the colors is all haha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newer BDR, I have issues with sounding awkward on the phone. Jiminny is solving that by allowing coaching on my calls from my colleagues!

Simple to use, and has great transcription and overview notes of calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have Jiminny jump off a call so once a customer hangs up we could just chat about the call internally and not have all of that in the notes, as it makes the overview and transcription less valuable

Recording breakdown & data, transcripts, summary, statistics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log back in often as it signs me out for some reason, and occasionally the note taker isn't automatically added/invited to the Google Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It records my demos and gives the ability to go back and review information the client talked about as well as going back and analyzing my tone, verbiage, etc.

It does its job, it's super helpful to have the recording of a call, and being able to easily share and manage the recording

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript could be better; it sometimes doesn't identify properly who's talking, and invents words out of nowhere. I have tried to use this transcript option a few times, and it just doesn't work well
It is focused on sales, so there are some features that didn't work for me using the tool for customer service

It records the calls I have with clients. The main problem it solves is saving time by having the intelligence tools for every call, so you don't have to rewatch the meeting when you need something

Ability to summarise length and complex meetings where you need to be 100% in the room. Takes off the pressure of note taking

doesn't have the best AI note-taking, but frankly thats industry wide and not unique to jimminy

Critically Useful to Stay Engaged in Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny summarizes lengthy, technical conversations with clients conducted via video call to make follow-up notes a breeze. I use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-generated meeting organization isn't incredibly helpful. I'd like to see the ability to upload templates to Jiminny that our organization uses so that I don't have to do the work of re-formatting. Some clients don't allow it, though, which is tough. It would be cool if there was a covert way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the arduous time-consuming rocess of summarizing meeting notes. It can be a problem to take notes and fully stay in the pocket of the conversation and Jiminny solve this. Also there is never any missing threads with Jiminny.
Revolutionised the way I lead my team!
What do you like best about the product?
You cannot give valuable, actionable feedback without a fair insight into your team's performance. Sales managers often underestimate actual interaction with prospects over numbers and results. How can you judge an executive without a clear view of the quality and dynamic applied during their value proposition - and analysing client's response to their input? Jiminy came to change forever the way I lead my team - I coach and support 10 executives in different markets, and without the clear view this tool provides, I wouldn't be as fair a manager nor a good coach to my team who's now very clear on the type of tips & feedback I can provide them with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I run the Greek team, and I find that the transcript and understanding of Jiminy's IA on that language is not accurate yet. I'm confident they'll get there!

I get a clear view on my team's interaction with their clients, which allows me to come up with accurate growth plans for their performance improvement and valuable, fair feedback.
