Video for sales training
What do you like best about the product?
This is a helpful tool in both recapping sales meeings as well as training review. It is easy to use

The only thing i dislike is difficulty with teams meetings

Ability to analyse my own performance on deals as well as support me in keeping well informed through existing opportunities. The recording capability enables me to be present in the call with the confidence that the key information is being picked up.
Its quiet an interesting tool especially with its AI integration. Still there are some innacurracies

That it has its integrated with AI for summarizing and evaluating sales calls

That its sometimes innaccurate and doesn't show good data

Its solving and shows what is missing from a call in terms of sales perspective and gives an opportunity to coach other members and help them improve by being as a ghost attendee in sales meetings. It helps a lot in defining blind spots in sales calls and also helps in improving for future sales opportunities
Jiminy is a Game-Changer for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
AI-powered call analysis. As an SDR, it saves me hours by automatically breaking down my conversations and highlighting what worked—and what didn’t. Instead of re-listening to full calls, I get instant insights into talk ratios, objection handling, and next steps. It helps me improve faster and stay focused on booking more qualified meetings.

It just saves so much time. After a whole day of meetings, getting the summary with all the important details is just amazing.

Nothing so far. I tried many different tools, but this one is the most intuitive to use.

Reportings, Summaries, coaching and feedback reviews.
In-depth review tool for meeting recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of processing meetings is impressive, as we're used to waiting an hour for the recording to process itself. With Jiminny, it appears to be somewhat instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas that we haven't explored yet, so wouldn't say there is anything specific at this point..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key reason for exploring Jiminny was that it connects the calls in HubSpot into one central analytics system.

Not appearing as standard on every call.

It is making it a lot easier to understand conversational statistics and the risks from the demo itself as well as the breakdowns.

Extremely useful, helpful software

The speed at which the recording and analytics, once my sales demo call meeting is finished, which is typically an hour + has been fantastic.
Its ease of use has been great, and it looks really professional when shared demo recording with prospects.
I've found it useful to be able to use as a performance analysis for 1-2-1's.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note so far, `nothing to dislike as it stands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is solving the note taking in the meetings, but giving us AI on creating emails instructions on next steps, identifying potential risks to the deal.
