Jiminny for CS Review
What do you like best about the product?
The Call Summart and Action points that are sent after the call - allows me to concentrate and be present in the meeting without having to take notes
The Customer Support Team have also been brilliant with any queries that I have had and have always got back to me really quickly

I've found it doesn't always summarise everything but using the the note take on the sidebar has helped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call summarising and note taking is covered which means I am able to be more present during the call - the actions points that are sent after are also a huge help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI tool which collates everything you discussed on a call into your follow up. This saves so much time and makes it easier to tailor moving forward as the bulk is done for you. It's also really helpful that the toll syncs up tp my calendar so all my calls automatically get Jiminny added. Chloe who did our training was really thorough and super engaged thoughout and even when I needed customer support yesterday they were really quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn;t sync right away to my diary and so i needed to use client supports help but it was rectified really quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving as the AI follow up has been really handy and being able to just go back and listen to calls to make sure you have the right insight. Really helpful on possible harder calls as can learn from them.

The email follow up is such a time-saver!

I'd say the dashboard is a bit busy and sometimes things aren't in the most obvious places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time, means i can concentrate on the call completely without having to take notes at the time time and also serves as a reminder for any actions for myself/the client.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jiminny allows me to feel focused and secure in my meetings. I know that I dont have to write anything down, lose focus or miss anything important because Jiminny is recording. I like how it allows me to go back to my meetings and critically examine the meeting, noticing things I missed or getting a refresher to prepare for the second meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an automatic language detection feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notetaker makes sure I get a nice summary of my meetings and do not miss any action points.

Jiminny has been a game changer within a client facing role!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how more efficient I can be. Previously I was attending circa 20 client calls a week all with action points, follow-up notes and internal admin needing to be logged.
Since working with Jiminny which was easy to setup I can focus on the client relationship element of my role and reduce the amount of admin time, without reducing the quality of my work and followup!

So far nothing, it's giving me all I need to excel in my role.

The AI element of the tool summarises my calls, outlines follow-up actions and gives me insight into whether I was listening or talking too much!

Easy To Use With Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Use it every day on nearly every call. The full transcript, summary, and action items are invaluable when looking to quickly review calls. Incredibly easy to get set up and automatically recording all your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings/summaries of calls are missing the information of participants that weren't on the original invite, as well as chat messages

Allowing me to give my full attention to the conversation at hand and not focus on notetaking or missing important insights
