Really enjoy it and find it very usefull

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to concentrate and engage in conversations better when I am speaking with my prospects. Also very easy to use and allows my peers direct access to my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides of Jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have high level conversations without having to concentrate in making key notes and go back and try to remember what i wrote.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy user interface. Decent AI. Good transcript, even picks up heavy accents.

Not come across many. Could be better at answering some of the questions.

Understanding clients needs, and following up with actions for the next call.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly accessible! Really intuitive and useful for stats building and transcript creation. High quality sound and video playback makes this a no brainer to subscribe to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot fault Jiminny, it is consistently helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a massive amount of time saved writing down client meeting notes, and is consistently used daily to fill in my internal meeting notes.

hands-off call logging!
automatic syncing with your calendar to record, transcribe and coach on all calls.
easy to understand and works right away as a user

nothing so far - keep doing what you're doing

being able to transcribe and record calls with action summaries to save admin tasks and time, whilst also coaching on how to make calls more successful

What do you like best about the product?
The Note Taker and the AI in behind which gives you recommendations and takes a lot of admin work from you

nothing in specific to be very honest, it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny ist probably the best Note take I`ve had. So in stressful times it is super useful to remind you what was agreed on during meeting to push your deals through the pipe

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a tool the whole team has adopted because it benefits both the managers & team members. The time saved to coach & conduct follow ups has lead to an increase in productivity across to the board.

The reporting is useful but is not always relevant.

Saving time with meeting follow ups & ability to coach with full visibility of all calls conducted

can occasionally freeze but is usually back up and running shortly after.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jiminny for over three years now, and I have to say, it is one of the rare tools that actually improves with time. Each update is meaningful, not just cosmetic, and it genuinely feels like the team is listening to users rather than chasing trends for the sake of it.

What keeps me using it every day is how reliable and intelligent it is. The voice detection and transcription are shockingly good, even when dealing with thick accents or imperfect audio. It is the kind of accuracy that takes the pressure off during calls, knowing I will not have to triple-check everything afterward.

The AI features are another level. They are not just there for show — they are useful. I actively use them every day to recap calls, catch what I missed, and clarify next steps. It saves time, but more importantly, it sharpens how I work.

And the human part of Jiminny deserves a mention too. Their client-facing team is just… lovely. Genuinely helpful, easy to talk to, and quick to sort things out. They made the shift to new features smooth and actually enjoyable, which is more than I can say for most support experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, there were occasional delays in processing some calls, which could be frustrating when I needed quick access to transcripts or insights. That said, this has noticeably improved in recent months and is no longer something I struggle with. Whatever they did behind the scenes clearly worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps me stay on top of a high volume of video calls without losing track of important details. The quick turnaround on transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and even ready-to-send follow-up emails means I spend far less time doing manual admin work. It helps me focus on the actual conversations and relationships, knowing the tool has the rest covered.

What do you like best about the product?
Having spent years not reviewing my own calls its so hard to know where i was going wrong and what i was doing well. Using this tech means i can improve from every call i have. The AI notes are surprisingly good too which saves me time writing my follow up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
the clipping tool could be easier as its hard to drag it to the exact moment you want
