We overcome historical challenges and innovate with quick iteration capabilities

What is our primary use case?

To support our strategy, we needed to speed up our ability to process quotes and orders. Thus, focusing on an IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) solution was logical. Unfortunately, past solutions were never accurate or agile enough for large-scale use. Karini's GenAI solution allowed us to overcome the historical problems and provided us with the flexibility to iterate quickly and continue improving the solution when required.

How has it helped my organization?

The Karini GenAI platform has delivered value in two ways. First, it sped up our ability to support our customers, which was the strategic focus for our organization. This created customer value. Secondly, this was the initial stepping stone into our GenAI journey. It fueled support, excitement, and adoption of how AI can be used to help our associates create even more customer value.

What is most valuable?

Karini's platform allows us to quickly iterate on our solutions. Getting to 80% quickly was beneficial, but getting to over 95% was always the goal. We realized that having a platform that allowed us to modify and improve constantly was critical to our success.

What needs improvement?

Karini is still expanding its list of features. As we add new features, additional connections and technologies around AI must be incorporated to ensure we stay current and continue to improve our platform.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have used the solution for one year.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used many similar products, including traditional OCR and RPA tools. These tools never provided the accuracy and flexibility we required when new customers were added and new documents were uploaded.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

GenAI solutions must prove their value quickly. Finding a partner like Karini who can lower the initial entry point into GenAI and extract value quickly creates real ROI.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We migrated from a non-Agentic workflow platform that utilized traditional AWS products and services. The platform served its purpose but created technological debt that prevented us from quickly scaling and iterating.

What other advice do I have?

Karini GenAI allowed us to achieve our goals to solve a customer problem, deliver value, and provide a successful entry point into our GenAI journey. Without them, this would not have been possible.
