Archera has lowered are AWS costs
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Archera has been great. They are able to explain their product, help with set-up, and show us how we are saving money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have quarterly follow-ups to see if we can get any additional benefits from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archera has helped us reduce our AWS spend.
Set-it-and-forget-it AWS savings, with room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Archera delivers immediate and meaningful AWS cost savings with minimal setup or overhead. Getting started was incredibly easy — we connected our AWS account in minutes, and the platform began analyzing our infrastructure and recommending savings opportunities right away. We were able to start optimizing our cloud spend almost instantly, without needing to commit to long-term contracts or navigate complicated pricing plans. It’s a low-lift, high-impact solution that feels like having a FinOps expert baked into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Archera already adds great value, I’d love to see even deeper savings over time. Additionally, having a monthly emailed summary showing our total savings, trends, and any new optimization opportunities would be a helpful touch to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Notifications about how we can save more would also be a welcome enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archera is helping us control and reduce AWS cloud costs without needing to manually manage commitments or hire dedicated FinOps resources. It solves the challenge of identifying and executing savings strategies that don't require long-term contracts or engineering intervention. By automatically recommending and applying short-term commitments that match our usage patterns, it helps us avoid waste while still maintaining flexibility. The result is more predictable cloud spend, higher budget efficiency, and more time for our team to focus on building — not cost optimization.

They monitor our AWS use and recommend savings that can be achieved with demand reservations.
Archera has been the most simple cost savings I have seen in my career
What do you like best about the product?
This was a single marketplace offering that we accepted and immediately saw a month over month savings. Literally - within minutes... I strongly suggest archera to any cloud-centric org from now on. Spot instances at reserved pricing? YES, PLEASE!
What do you dislike about the product?
I quite seriously have nothing to complain about. Signup was simple, and the renewal was automatic. This is how business should be done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spot instances at reserved pricing. Enough said...

Great tool for minimizing cloud spend
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding and setup was super easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but it was so easy that it almost seemed like they were overpromising. This wasn't the case though - everything they said happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on cloud spend - without having to make any major changes to infrastructure.
Fantastic platform with great flexible options
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of reserved options as well as the visual layout of the pricing options is superb. Their team is also extremely proactive in pushing notices about potential savings without spamming your inbox. The platform onboarding was slick and easy and I have no issues returning back to use the platform every month. It's now an integral part of our review processes for cost savings and deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to encounter any negatives about Archera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on potential savings on new deployments. We can easily review what deployments are new and without cost savings applied.
Great experience, nice savings
What do you like best about the product?
Really nice savings and the AMs have been nothing but helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
It's possible to set things up in a way that hurts if you're not careful-- so you have to pay attention, still better than raw AWS though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lowing our AWS bill with managed commitments we can set and forget
Customer support and intuitive platform enhance cloud maintenance capabilities
What is our primary use case?
I ensure cloud maintenance over AWS mainly for databases.
What is most valuable?
The platform and the attention I receive are really good. They have been in touch with me at least twice a month, so it has been great. The platform is very user-friendly, and it's helpful to have all the tools readily available without needing to send an email or do extra work.
Also, the main benefit of Archera is that I can increase the margin of return on every product, at least every database that we offer to our customers.
What needs improvement?
Actually, going with the point that they have been in touch with us frequently, it has been great since we have been able to provide feedback to them to implement features that they didn't have before, and they have implemented them for us.
Specifically, they didn't have a plan for only databases, and we told them that we only needed databases, so they created web plans for us to have databases only implemented in our organization.
Also, we discussed with them that we wanted to have other clouds implemented with us, and they have been very helpful, going step by step in solving that issue.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Archera for about six months, or perhaps for four months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven't had any performance issues. Since they only buy and sell the servers, I don't have any problems with it.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I don't have any thoughts on scalability.
How are customer service and support?
It has been great. When I have a question, they answer on the same day.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I am still working with the other solution. I use one for one purpose and the other for another, however, I try to make them work together.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was very user-friendly. They had good attention to us, and they have been in touch since then. So everything has been easier.
What about the implementation team?
We were four people on the call, however, with only one person, I could complete it.
What was our ROI?
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I am looking at multiple options with Aracara Sound and Likinis for us for now.
What other advice do I have?
Using the product is a very smooth process. They help you every step of the way, so it has been great. It will not be hard for anyone to join and start using the product.
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Archera as a ten. They do something very unique, and it's great what they do. Maybe there are some tiny improvements regarding the UI, the configuration aspect, or integration capabilities.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud
If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
