Ease of use, number of functions, flexibility, and versatility

Siemens does not give us a solution to display on the company's televisions.

Opcenter is the best quality planning, control and Quality assurance tool

It has steep learning curve due to its wide funnctionality

Inconsistent product quality, lack of tracebility

Ability to see impacts for NCRs, create part history reports, and the ability to have all the part history in one location

some groups may find it has a bit of a learn curve if they have not used similar tools in the past

What do you like best about the product?
It is organized well and allows for easy customizations
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrade cycle time from 2304 to 2410 took a while and there were many hiccups. If the documentation were better on the support site I think it would have removed many of the bumps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organized our data and displays it to the end user very nicely. It allows our end users to consume work instructions and edit them when they are wrong.

It's IoT interface and SCADA based offerings make it a very powerful ttolset

It does not integrate as cleanly into the ALM space and native PLM as it could. Often have to massage the data flow to move correctly

I like very much about Opcenter data model, like teamcenter we don't need deployment for every changes, Modelling objects helps us to update values very easily.

User Interface for Log Defect, It will be better it allows to modify UI very easily
