A very useful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Akitra has been designed keeping in mind a user friendly interface, the platform is very easy to use and this is probably the best use of AI in modern world
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've faced with akitra is that it lags. Makes you wait sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep up with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 & ISA 27001 with the help of akitra.

Akitra - Beyond easy Audits!
What do you like best about the product?
Clear Communication, training system, and availability whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Umm, I guess the time difference between countries, but it wasn't in their hands! Still they showed up every time whenever we needed their assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audits are like exams without preparation, and Akitra is playing the role of that mentor who prepares us for audits within a short span of time.

The best part is their core product Andromeda which does most of the compliance check for you in an autonomous manner. The cooperative team is a no brainer who accelarate minute issues, are available off-hours and help you with every nitty-gritties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought about it but could'nt think of anything to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of retaining, managing and creating complainces throughout my organisations from tech to HR to Ops.

Akitra is the Best Partner a FinTech Could Ask For!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is incredible. I used to manage this process manually for over a decade and am just blown away by the automation. What used to take 6-12 months of planning and execution can now be fast tracked, saving both time for other critical business demands. We're not done yet though. We're expanding and they have been instrumental in helping us prepare for expansion into new markets.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was great. The platform is awesome and the people are great.

They are reducing the administrative burden around evidence collection and saving infosec time.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Akitra G2. Overall, Akitra G2 has been an invaluable tool, and I’m thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the service.
