Easy to Use Platform & Exceptional Team Behind You
What do you like best about the product?
The product is excellent, particularly with its automation features for monitoring and evidence collection, leveraging its integrations with all the cloud services we use. Akitra also excels with the level of expertise and responsiveness of their customer success team – they were extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike.I strongly recommend Akitra’s compliance automation solution for any company going through the compliance journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would have had to collect all this evidence manually and repetitively if I hadn’t had Akitra’s compliance automation.

We've been using Akitra for a couple years now, and it's been an absolute game-changer for our compliance operations. As a company in a processing our customers data, staying on top of trying to remain in compliance with soc2 and other standards would be impossible. Akitra provided the tools and support to make this possible in an early stage start up.
What sets Akitra apart is its seamless automation, user-friendly design, and the connection to a team to keep the ball rolling. The platform takes care of the repetitive, time-consuming tasks—freeing up our compliance and risk management teams to focus on strategy and business impact. The application makes compliance with 3rd party vendors simple to get started with and keep everything up to date. They had integrations with all the tools we use and we willing to adapt their tools when we needed specific functionality.
We also love that Akitra supports such a broad spectrum of frameworks. Whether it’s enterprise or goverenment compliance, we can manage it all in one place without juggling multiple tools or spreadsheets.
In short, Akitra has given us peace of mind. It’s efficient, comprehensive, and built with modern compliance challenges in mind. Highly recommended for any organization looking to simplify and strengthen their compliance posture.

What do you dislike about the product?
The application is in rapid development. At time some feature may not have been fully ready or required support in some manner, however, the team was always available to help out when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Akitra made compliance possible for both enterprise and government needs for an early stage startup. The application either supported all of our 3rd party integrations or we got human support while they added new features to fit our setup.
End-to-end SOC 2 & ISO 27001 readiness
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous monitoring was a game-changer — we always knew where we stood, and nothing fell through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any enterprise platform, Akitra takes a bit of time to configure initially, especially if you're mapping out complex frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 simultaneously. But what we appreciated was how hands-on and proactive the Akitra team was during the whole process.

Akitra broke audit compliance down into a structured, manageable workflow that our team could actually follow. The platform helped us organize our policies, track control implementation, and collect evidence.

Streamlined process to ensure we had everything in place to get audited and certified.

It was a bit tricky to get used to the system but once we got onboarded it was pretty easy.

Akitra moved our SOC2 Type II process along quickly and efficiently. A process that has taken us over 6 months in the past was completed within 2 months with minimal meetings required. They accommodated our time zone and schedule

I think learning curve for first time users, its the area that needs to be improved.

Akitra has been designed keeping in mind a user friendly interface, the platform is very easy to use and this is probably the best use of AI in modern world

The only issue I've faced with akitra is that it lags. Makes you wait sometimes.
