The best headless CMS in existence.
What do you like best about the product?
What sets Storyblok apart from anything out there, is the ability to have a true data hierarchy, most headless content management systems lack this ability giving you data in a flat data structure. Not everyone is running a simple blog and Storyblok understands that, so they provide us with the ability to structure our stories in the way we want which is extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Storyblok could benefit from having tooling to manage stories across spaces, we have several spaces which correspond to different environments within our infrastructure and moving stories from one space to another as well as getting components copied over is a manual task via MAPI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok allows us to quickly push our marketing landers without the need for developer interaction, so our developers can focus on making new components while content managers focus on creating stories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump right in and give it a shot, there isn't anything out there that comes close.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing would be the visual editor and also how easy it is to develop own blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a page has many blocks it can become a little bit cluttered to navigate with the visual editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is offering great customixability and ability the client to manage their website by themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok brings modularity, easy-to-use admin UI and clean API (rest/graphql). Storyblok stands out from the rest of the products with its page preview feature. As you change your content, you see rendered page preview instantly. I also enjoy how easy it's to add localizations and consume that content via API. Another strong point is the ability to extend admin UI by adding your custom plugins/field types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storyblok being a SAAS product, your content is stored in the cloud. It might be tricky to maintain a full backup of your content. Pricing might also grow if you want all the features and have lots of CMS users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved development time which would be required if we wrote a content management system from scratch. Adding fields, changing structure is effortless compared to other solutions where you need to manage database migrations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for headless CMS to manage your content, definitely put Storyblok on a short list

What do you like best about the product?
The side-by-side Preview within the CMS is awesome and unique in the HeadlessCMS space yet - and the UI is nice and clean.
The flexibility to configure and build my content-bloks directly in the CMS allows me, and most importantly my design/pm colleagues, to build almost anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the Framework you are using, the setup isn't that self-explanatory or documented well. I'm still struggling with getting the Preview-Mode in Next.js to work.
If you add a link field within a blok, you need to add a separate field for the link-target to set with. Additionally, the links delivered within the Content-Delivery-API are quite hard to use as you need to use the property "cached_link" (the other property is always empty) and be sure to add a slash at the beginning (sometimes) when using as relative links.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more patching, manually updating and hosting of a CMS-Software.
A lot of work can already be done by non-development people, by building the Elements (bloks) directly in the CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Even with limited knowledge of ReactJS, I was able to create quite a complex site using StoryBlok. The integrations were simple, the UX was clean and also found their customer support always quick and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some missing features like being unable to comment on pages, however, that has since been updated on the new version. Would like to see some more integration with third-party tools like Figma etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used StoryBlok for an internal site, that can be updated by multiple people. Pages and content are easily updated by people with little to no technical knowledge

Follow their guides and documentation they're clear and help get started quickly. Also, join their Discord for great customer support
Developer friendly and a great companion to Vuejs projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get started as the blok concept and stories as a concept are easy to grasp. From there it becomes very easy to work with any framework. The dashboard is also very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bummer that for a blog I can't easily create folders by date to eventually have a slug like blog/2022/03/29/using-storyblok but I'm just nitpicking. The documentation at times would always be a couple of features or changes behind so if you're not much of a tinkerer, you would miss out on some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It currently powers my portfolio. I'm also using it for an e-commerce product to handle consumer-facing documentation i.e. privacy policyy, FAQs etc. Image processing has also been a standout feature of all of this too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're comfortable with the web platform or framework you're adding to, it makes things very very fun to work with. Make use of the discord community if you feel the documentation cannot answer all of your questions.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, very intuitive, anyone can use it without any kind of background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all the CMS, changes are limited but the results are fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the main website of the company and we do not need people with coding knowledge to manage them, so we are more productive.
A well priced, competitive headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok's most attractive feature has to be its pricing structure. They make it incredibly inviting and easy to quickly spin up a new instance and begin building out a site. You never feel pressured into upgrading tiers when not necessary for your workflow, and there isn't a huge deal of feature segregation between tiers. Beyond its pricing, Storyblok is incredibly easy and intuitive to integrate with Jamstack setups such as NextJS, Gatsby and plain React. The visual editor is relatively easy to use, and no client that I've introduced it to has been unable to use it yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the visual editor features can be a little unintuitive at times, and there're some features missing from the visual editor that would be high up on my list of priorities - such as the ability to set more customised/detailed default values for blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit to Storyblok is the ease and speed of integrating it into an existing React setup. You can spin up a Storyblok instance and within a few short hours have a fully headless CMS powered site ready to go.

User-friendly, intuitive CMS!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity, I have no coding knowledge or developer skills and yet I find Storyblok so easy to use and well laid out. As a lay person I can find exactly what I'm looking for with ease, the search features, the drag and drop functionality - it all makes for a great fuss-free experience. I also love that I'm able to make changes that I can see on-page in real time, and save these changes, before publishing them in one smooth update once I've finished. The fact that i can copy and paste blocks and duplicate them too - fantastically easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have struggled to move assets into folders once I have uploaded them. If i am uploading new assets I can choose a folder, but cannot seem to do this retrospectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok has improved the security of our headless website compared to the Wordpress CMS we used to use which constantly required updates. Our website is very new so I have no documented performance analytics just yet but i have noticed its already driving lots of enquiries and capturing lots of customer info in our forms.

It's definitely worth your investment in Storyblok! A smooth user-experience, enhanced security, easy website management, what's not to like!?
Great and intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
User experience for editors is top-notch. When using Storyblok with NuxtJS the way how the content types or "bloks" sync with code is excellent. API is well documented. Smart Image Service!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the pricing model still needs to be reconsidered. It used to be more moderate and now for some clients it's too expensive. Why limit some basic functionalities like translatable slugs and webhooks, especially if you are trying to compete with open source CMSs. The user experience is good, but some updates to content should be allowed to make from the preview window too (without using content management API).

Easy to use content management system for all sorts of applications.
