Storyblok is one of the most flexible CMS FocusReactive have worked with, period.
What do you like best about the product?
We love that Storyblok works with all frameworks. Also, Storyblok is endlessly extendable - that makes difference
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Storyblok is an awesome product and we love working with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helps us to work on large-scale and Enterprise projects
Storyblok is very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok makes it simple to edit your website. Based on the easy structure, changes can be made very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limits. If you want to make very specific changes, that might be not possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok can be used in all departments (IT, marketing, C-lvl,...). Small changes (like wording) are very fast done.
Highly flexible and intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing a page change as you make changes, being able to copy and duplicate components and pages within seconds. These features really do make creating your website pages super quick and easy. The UI too is very easy to use and requires minimum training, in fact in most cases it is simple enough to work things out without any support.
What do you dislike about the product?
be able to undo deletions by mistake, this might be something we havent yet discovered how to do but if you accidently delete a component or page there doesnt appear to be an 'undo' type feature that would just undo that one change.
I think another small thing is as there is no formal training, it has taken us longer to discover some pretty useful features we may have discovered sooner if some more indepth training was offered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sure the ability to scale up and publish new pages, new templates and new content without developer input with the ability for the user to view the page as they create it is a real benefit as this really does cut down the time to market of producing new and valuable content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a quick to market solution, that is easy to use, scalable and can connect with the latest technologies, custom data feeds etc, then storyblok will most certainly meet your business and user requirements.
Rife with bugs, do not waste your time and money on this. It's terrible. Go with Contently instead.
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, it's been a terrible product for our business from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is absolutely rife with bugs. At this point the amount of development hours we've spent just trying to circumvent the bugs has cost our business countlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's supposed to help us create content in a much more seamless way with universal components. However, it doesn't seem to be able to do that.
Easy to understand, flexible, powerful and fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Having originally used Storyblok out of pure curiosity, I quickly found that it somehow incorporated all the best features and functionality from some of my favoured CMS platforms. As a headless CMS out of the box, I love that there's no barrier to entry here - it's well documented, easy to pick up and you know what you're getting in to immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't really found anything. I can see a need for some experimentation every now and again, especially for anybody who's newer to composable architecture or anybody who hasn't used such a modular CMS previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any small brands or individuals that I speak to - the Community tier makes "best in breed" super accessible to a massive range of users and I recommend it with gusto! I'm working with more and more large brands who are making use of Storyblok to very quickly build and deploy new CMS platforms and are thrilled to be able to remove friction for both business teams and developers alike.
Overall experience with storyblok was great so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Good experience when it comes to the software itself (v1 and the new v2), awesome and mostly up2date documentation.
Also, personal contact and response times were great.
Also, personal contact and response times were great.
What do you dislike about the product?
(minimal) some example projects on GitHub aren't up2date anymore and should be updated (next.js examples in my case). Better highlight used versions of SDKs/node.js in the documentation to these examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal is to achieve a faster time-to-market with overall better quality and save time for other projects. It could enable us the reuse important components and content more easily.
1 month testing as Developer
What do you like best about the product?
The atomic design approach, a user-friendly interface. Preview mode, Real-time changing without saving the modification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes buggy preview editor. Not many ressources for Next.js
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy development, re-usable component. Fastest development and easy to modify for a non-technical user.
Supercharge your Application with a flexibel Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok makes it super easy to move from a static template to a dynamic website. The integration with our existing Laravel system was relatively easy thanks to detailed guides, and the excellent support was able to answer our open questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of Storyblok V1 is a bit tricky for some of our customers, but the V2 promises a significant improvement here. Resolving relations with the "resolve relations" function can also be a bit complicated with intricate components, but eventually, we were able to solve all questions with the help of the storyblok support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We already had an existing website which we developed with the backend framework Laravel. However, this was not practical for regularly updating content. The integration with Storyblok to create dynamic content was pretty seamless. The loading times have improved a lot with Storyblok content delivery. The image service is also brilliant, you hardly have to worry about the size and format of the images you use.
Amazing value for money, however content reusability is a major issue
What do you like best about the product?
Great Pricing! It is actually affordable for small businesses
Components are generally quick and easy to put together
Compiling content is simple and intuitive for the most part but not very reusable (the biggest issue for me)

What do you dislike about the product?
Reusable components in content desperately need to be implemented, and the current nestable/global types that need to be added to related key through API sucks.
Currently I need to manually copy content across multiple pages, which is a nightmare when it needs to be updated...
Presets are cool, but only when creating; why can't I update the preset to all instances where I used that preset???
API documentation could be better.

We are replacing Statamic with Storyblock as our CMS for our frontend and with ALMOST EVERYTHING it does a good job as a simple, easy-to-use CMS for the marketing team to interact with.

User and Developer Experience is delicious.
What do you like best about the product?
A Headless CMS with a visual editor experience for your custom built components.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storyblok does not yet offer a module preview. When you have a large amount of useable modules you are not able to remember all of them. (How the look/feel). This of course is fixed in Storyblok V2 with "Module Preview Images".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Storyblok it is possible to quickly create/model a JSON Storage/Content and provide it seamless to every technology either frontend or backend applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Among the headless CMS market, Storyblok is the best choice if you want developer and user (non technical) experience at the same time.
