Very easy to use for al mebers
What do you like best about the product?
The different preview functions are very helpful, especially for beginners. They can check all content directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
you cannot restrict the different roles in enough detail with access. Also, settings in the workflow are missing. It would be better if you could say exactly who has to use the workflow and who does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new design is more clear and its independent of the frontend
All around Headless CMS Application
What do you like best about the product?
The fast-paced workflow for creating new spaces and the possibilities to extend these spaces for full enterprise application requirements. The preview is simple to explain to customers/editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integration of additional "apps". I think the functionality should be provided to all spaces. Also, I would like some configuration on the preview tab for editors/admins or other roles. E.g. not everyone should be able to change the structure of the components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The headless CMS approach is a state-of-the-art architecture for web applications with content. Storyblok provides a lean and fast API to provide the content and enables different stylings for the same data structure.
Headless CMS with lots of opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
it's customizable to meet your very own requirements regarding your website etc. though this requires resources and development, having the option to do so gives flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of formatting options when it comes to texts for content, which should be a basic feature. E.g. creating a numbered list is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the fact that it's a headless CMS, Storyblok gives you a maximum of flexibility and options in displaying the content with less restrictions
Storyblok V2 is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
By far the UI is the game changer, also the new user experience is really empowering, what I do love is the whole rebranding and the impact on the market, I believe that it can be a game changer in CMS market
What do you dislike about the product?
The API differences between graphql and rest sometimes made me wanted scream, beacause the preview used rest and final product used graphql, there were few inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of connecting non tech people with technology, preview feature enables it. Also non tech people can try to model some data, which frontend will consume, it is awesome
Open up to the possibilities with Storyblok

- Can instantly see changes with live preview
- REST and a GraphQl Api

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not only easy to use but to implement as well. Which makes it a great CMS tool for products that need quality in short time.
A great visual Component-based CMS with still more room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Component-based structure, ability to easily reference other entries, embeddable components within RichText and other components.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still working through some editor experience bugs, no way currently to embed other entries in an entry, poor native table editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok is allowing our content and marketing teams to take control over organizing, arranging, and creating new pages with predefined components! This will help us move a lot faster.
Zero compromise for Business AND Developers
What do you like best about the product?
Storybloks Visual Editor is a game changer for Marketeers while developers enjoy the power and flexibility of the headless approach. You see in every bit of the product that the product team behind Storyblok understands what's important for a new generation CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a lively ecosystem around your product is important. Storyblok is a young product and the ecosystem is growing fast but it is not yet where others are in terms of ootb connections to other tools and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy to use and is intuitive UI of Storyblok make customers of us work fluently with the CMs while many of them hired an agency to put their Content in the CMs before they moved to Storyblok.
Our development team enjoys the power of flexibility. No fixed templating language built in like for traditional CMS. Storyblok plays well with any modern Frontend technology.

Storyblok is the only SaaS CMS that helps productivity
What do you like best about the product?
At Storyblok they understand how a component system should work. It's super flexible and I haven't seen a situation that wasn't possible in Storyblok.
Many CMS platforms are made over complex to handle all kinds of content situations. With the component system, this isn't necessary wich keeps Storyblok clean and easy to understand.
The whole platform is super responsive, no blocking delays or slow UI elements.
The API is complete and supplies any data you need from the platform.
Storyblok has a lot of unexpected features like caching, image service.
With Storyblok our developers can focus on the development of the project and don't have to worry about any other issues regarding the CMS.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a mindset switch most people coming from a typical traditional CMS like Drupal, WordPress, Craft or even an Adobe AEM.
You no longer think of fixed pages or specific content types. You need to think of LEGO blocks and flexible components that can be combined in any kind of situation.
A downside for smaller users, you need to take care of your presentation layer to render the UI front-end.
You will not get a complete stack on the platform.
This is a SaaS CMS, this is not a full A to Z cloud-hosted CMS with front-end, themes, etc.

Not able to create custom bloks that I can share with the world.
