Game-Changer CMS With Its Visual Editor!
What do you like best about the product?
The Visual Editor, the generous limits in content types, locales,... and the speed of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes have bugs and they take time to resolve, the assets manager is hard to keep tidy and the integration of Storyblok in the code takes time at first since you need to set up the visual editor bridge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving content editors full ownership of the website content while providing a great integration experience for developers.
A Powerful CMS With an Intuitive Visual Editor
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Storyblok in two different jobs now and I love how easy it is to create a preview of a page to share with my colleagues. The visual editor shows you how your page looks, which is helpful for content creators as they can see how the copy appears within the page layout. Linking to other pages within Storyblok is super easy too, and creating templates can save content creators so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it is easy to get lost within the UI.
- If you have a lot of pages, it's not always easy to find them using the search bar in Storyblok.
- It's a bit annoying that you can't rename assets in the Asset Manager.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-technical users, such as content writers, it's pretty easy to build web pages from templates and preview them. This helps make content reviews faster as the reviewer can see exactly what the page would look like when live.
Moving to Storyblok has been a game changer for our team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is user-friendly, intuitive, and fast. Also, it's so easy to create and maintain website components. Thanks to the live view editor and the way the product is built it's effortless to build new pages. The teams are now way more autonomous and the processes are smoother than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still young but it's already working very well. And because they keep improving the product we can expect amazing new features in the future. The weaknesses I identify for now are mainly around the assets manager. The existing filters are not very useful, it's not possible to rename a file once you uploaded it, and the feature to replace an asset is not working... Also it's hard to keep it tidy because of the way the folder are built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have Contentful and for the teams, it was difficult to use the components of the website because they were not able to see the changes in real time. Also, it was a good tool for developers but when it comes to a broader team it became difficult. Storyblok solved these issues. It's very easy to use & navigate, you can tell that it has been built to be used by anyone. You can leave comments, set workflow stages, can see if someone else is watching at the same time... So many features that help team collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
- At times, the management API is not very dependable. Its behaviour can be unpredictable.
- Search functionality is not that usable. You often cannot find what you are searching for, which can be challenging as we have thousands of pages on Storyblok.
- Upgrades are not always backwards compatible. After the Storyblok V2 release, some of our features broke, and we had to roll back to Storyblok V1 and fix them before we could have our users enjoy Storyblok V2

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok has helped us to ensure that each department can focus on its expertise. The system has enabled us to improve employees' overall job satisfaction as it is user-friendly to both technical and non-technical people. It has also reduced a lot of mundane work. It has also helped us to launch more products way more quicker.
CMS made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I always thought using a CMS required technical knowledge. Only through Storyblok did I understand that this is not the case anymore in 2023. Adding features through drag-and-drop + real-time preview makes website building/updating fun instead of being a tedious must-do. Glad my team moved to Storyblok!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a button within a block of a Long Text Section wasn't too intuitive for me. The copy button for the block did not work - I had to duplicate one and then paste it. Not too intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes dependencies. Storyblok enabled the teams in our organization to remove a bottleneck in Marketing/Product. Now everyone can write content AND update the pages they own without the need to have someone else on another team do it.
So much easier to work with than other tools out there.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Every team member can work with it. Even if you do not work as a back-end developer, you can choose what you want the page to look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
That our back-end developer team has to create a lot of templates before we can make use of them. This is a lot of extra work that sometimes does not allow us to make something look pretty, fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time. In systems like Wordpress, you need to spent so much time on making sure that everything fits nicely and looks good. With Storyblok you van just add components really easily.
Easy tool to build nice pages
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is easy to navigate and insert building blocks. It was also easy to duplicate the pages and make the new ones. I am not advanced page builder but still managed to do it quite well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool had certain bugs. For example I couldnt log in to change the pages from my account for a very long time. Also I had problems logining in from safari. It only worked in Chrom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
