What do you like best about the product?
It can be customised as per your needs. You can easily integrate it with other platforms. It gives you a support assistance for 24/7 availability thus it reduces cost and satisfies your clients.Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive than other similar tools.It takes a lot time for integration with other platform thus it incure a little loss in terms of time.It is not very easy the get people trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a chatbot forone of my application and I go for it. since the integration of chatbot with my platform was a bit easier , it gave me the desired output.

Watsonx.ai for Generative AI and Forecast Marketing models

What do you like best about the product?
The easy interface to define the parameters for generative AI. Also, the straightforward process to create Workflow and test if the data is good enough to generate forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and IBM Watsonx.ai could have an interface to generate a confusion matrix to see the Return on Investment in marketing campaigns based on success and unsuccess raw data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate AI content for texts that include keywords and main topics and sound with the correct tone for the clients. Test if the data we are using is good enough to do forecasts.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM watsonx.ai helped me to solve natural language processing models and machine learning. I really found out that is a versatile platform wide range of business problems.
The good thing about this is highly scalable and can be used by business of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt like it is really expensive and only large business organizations will make use it, it is diffucult to troubleshoot if problem arises. While trying to go through the documentation it feels like overwhelming and it is not as widely used google and amazon sagemaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to automate the task which were done mannually, which helps me to focus on more strategic projects, I'm able to generate insights from data, that i never thought of before. Overall I'm impressed with IBM Watsonx.ai.
