Great Tool for Test Automation and Real-Time Browser Testing
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest makes cross-browser and cross-device testing incredibly smooth. The wide range of real browsers and operating systems, combined with the ability to run parallel tests, has significantly cut down our testing time. I especially appreciate the seamless integration with our CI/CD pipeline and the support for Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright. Their smart UI testing and debugging features (like video recordings and logs) are a real time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the browser sessions can be slightly laggy, especially on lower-tier plans or during peak usage times. Also, the learning curve for setting up advanced automation with multiple frameworks can be a bit steep for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest helps us identify browser and device compatibility issues early, automate regression testing, and speed up our QA cycle—ultimately improving product quality and release velocity

I like the emulation

The easy setup and the nice UI it helps the workflow

The emulating is very limited and I wish it was not

What do you like best about the product?
While using LambdaTest, we are ensured that our site works perfectly and everywhere. It's parallel testing can enable to run multiple tests running on the same time is a game changer in the industry. It's user interface is also very good and user-friendly.
The customer support is really good to solve any user issues promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have seen in many situations majorly during the peak hours it is running slow and thus affects our overall testing efficiency. Also, the pricing model is quite complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important feature of LambdaTest is that it's really fast and efficient. My experience with LambdaTest is really good as it makes cross-browser testing very easy across multiple browsers. It can also integrate with any devices and platforms.

There are loads of virtual and real devices that you can choice from, that makes it invaluable during testing process for web or mobile app.

Nothing comes to my mind, I like every feature I was involved with so far.

We do not have to worry about purchasing so many different real devices to test on.

LambdaTest has been a fantastic addition to our QA process. It allows me to run cross-browser tests quickly and efficiently without maintaining multiple devices or VMs. The real-time browser testing feature is smooth and easy to use, and the wide range of browser-OS combinations available is truly impressive. I also appreciate how seamless it is to integrate with our CI/CD pipeline and the support team has always been prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience is excellent, sometimes older browsers can take longer to spin up, which affects testing speed slightly. Additionally, the session timeout could be a bit more flexible during inactive moments. A little more customization in the dashboard view would also be a welcome enhancement, but these are minor compared to the value it delivers.

LambdaTest is helping us eliminate the need for maintaining a massive in-house infrastructure for browser and device testing. It solves the challenge of ensuring our web applications work consistently across different browsers, operating systems, and screen sizes. This not only speeds up our testing cycle but also helps us catch issues earlier in development, which reduces the cost of fixing bugs later. The automation support with Selenium is a huge plus and has helped us scale regression testing efficiently.
