All the bells and whistles without the big budget
What do you like best about the product?
My company switched to LambdaTest after a competing product raised their prices and became too cost prohibitive. It was a very smooth transition from our old product. Technical support and my account manager are very responsive to requests and open to suggestions. My business users are amazed when I am able to easily troubleshoot one of our member's issues with our App using LambdaTest even though I do not process a physical device. I have also used it for all App demos to our business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
In three years of using LambdaTest, I have found no negative issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to test my company's website for responsive design. Lambda test enables me to record videos and take screenshots to report to the developers.

The platform offers detailed logs, screenshots, video replays, and console/network logs which help in quick issue reproduction and resolution.
It integrates seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps), project management tools (Jira, Trello), and communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams), ensuring smoother workflows and faster collaboration.
With parallel testing on the cloud, LambdaTest significantly reduces execution time, allowing faster feedback and quicker releases.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed of execution of Apps in LambdaTest emulators is amazing. LambdaTest offers all types of mobile devices, therefore it is easy to test at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial or free plan have limitations that restrict access to certain features or testing environments. Therefore makes it must to buy the plan.

We are using it for Android App Automation & emulators for manual testing of Apps, therefore reducing the cost to buy the devices. One platform for multiple things makes it a best platform for testers.

What I like best about LambdaTest is its seamless cross-browser and real device testing capabilities combined with excellent CI/CD and DevOps integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LambdaTest is that test sessions can sometimes experience latency or disconnects, especially during peak usage times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest solves the problem of ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, allowing me to test websites and web apps on a wide range of real browsers, OS versions, and devices—without needing to maintain an in-house device lab—saving both time and infrastructure cost.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such I dislike about LambdaTest.

My application is working fine in legacy browser or not. My application should not be accessible certain legacy browsers.

It’s easy to use and lets me test my website on different browsers and devices without setting them up myself.

Sometimes the live testing can feel a bit slow, especially on real devices.

The real-time browser and device coverage is impressive, and integration with CI/CD pipelines (like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) is smooth and time-saving. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to test on older versions of browsers is particularly helpful when working with legacy applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live testing sessions can take a little longer to initialize, especially on specific device/browser combinations. A few sessions also disconnect intermittently, requiring a restart. While the platform is feature-rich, navigating through all the options can feel overwhelming for first-time users. Additionally, pricing for premium parallel sessions could be more flexible for startups or small teams.

Excellent tool for App testing
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using LambdaTest for the last two years for app testing. It saves a lot of time in app testing by providing 500+ real devices in a single place. It is very easy to use. The UI is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us it works perfectly. Did not find any issue in LambdaTest.

It saves a lot of time. Provide more than 500 devices in one place.
Generation of test cases with natural language
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform and the way AI works for generating test cases, in addition to having a fully integrated platform for application and web testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of dissemination requires greater market penetration to have more good references.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The high cost of generating test cases on the most common market platforms is often a limitation for companies. With LambdaTest, test case generation is done through Artificial Intelligence and no technical knowledge is needed; it is done solely through natural language. This way, scripts can be generated on the most common testing platforms in the market, and the maintenance of these scripts is much simpler.
Highly Recomended for Mobile App Testing.

LambdaTest is quite easy to get started for Mobile App Testing use cases.

Nothing much as of now, satisfied with exiting features.
