What do you dislike about the product?
Would like 5 minute free session to be 10 mins, and sometimes loading an android device takes a bit of time, rest is ok

What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest is a game-changer for cross-browser testing. It’s fast, reliable, and offers a wide range of browsers and OS combinations. The UI is clean, integrations are seamless, and the support team is excellent. A must-have tool for any developer or QA team!
What do you dislike about the product?
While LambdaTest is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the live testing sessions can experience slight latency, especially during peak hours. Also, the learning curve for advanced features like automation or tunnel setup can be a bit steep for beginners. More comprehensive documentation and faster VM spin-up times would enhance the experience further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest solves the critical issue of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Instead of maintaining an in-house device lab, I can test websites across hundreds of real browser-OS combinations instantly. This saves time, reduces infrastructure costs, and ensures a consistent user experience for all customers. It also speeds up QA cycles with automation support and seamless CI/CD integrations—boosting overall productivity and product quality.
A good product in the market to test websites credibility on different OS

I had some glitches in my website that are only occurring on MAC OS , so used Lambda test to get rid of it
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be low paying or a one time use subscription so that if user wants only for a few days , or you can also introduce pay as u go but for a reasonable price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i said earlier it helped me to overcome the problem of testing a single website on different OS on a single device

A Versatile and Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform for Modern Teams
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest excels in providing a seamless cross-browser testing experience across a wide range of devices, browsers, and operating systems. The cloud-based infrastructure is robust and allows real-time testing, screenshot testing, and automation with Selenium, Cypress, and more. One of the standout features is the ease of switching between different environments without setting up local infrastructure. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it accessible even for beginners. The Smart Visual UI testing and integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub enhance productivity and speed up the feedback loop in development pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LambdaTest is highly functional, the load times for launching real devices can sometimes be slow, especially during peak hours. The pricing may feel slightly steep for small teams or individual developers with limited usage. Also, there is a learning curve when exploring advanced features such as parallel testing and custom tunnel configurations, especially for teams new to DevOps or test automation.

LambdaTest has really helped simplify cross-browser and cross-device testing for us. Earlier, testing our web apps on different browsers used to be a painful and time-consuming task. We either had to set up multiple virtual machines or rely on emulators that weren’t always reliable.
With LambdaTest, we now have access to a huge range of real browsers and operating systems right from the cloud. This means we can quickly test our UI across different environments and catch issues before they reach production. It's saved us a lot of setup time and improved the overall quality of our releases.
The integration with our CI/CD pipeline is another big win. We’ve automated a good portion of our testing with Selenium and Cypress, which has helped us catch bugs earlier and speed up our deployments.
Overall, LambdaTest has made our testing process faster, more efficient, and a lot less stressful. It’s been a huge help in ensuring a consistent experience for all our users, no matter what browser or device they’re on.
