Useful software, very easy to setup and work with. Spun up a Safari VM in under a minute.

Ease of use, there is a low barrier to entry.

I haven't found anything I didn't like about the software.

Great testing software; but not everyone needs it
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great! It has the browser tools I expected, and it was easy to use. I also liked all the other features (that I plan to use), such as screenshots, automated testing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit slow for me, when loading the browser UI. I'm not sure if it was my computer, my internet connection, the code being bloated, or something else. When it's fully loaded though, it's faster than the competitors in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me properly test my client websites. We need to test them in all modern browsers, on different operating systems, at various devices sizes, etc. And Browser test helps me with it all.

Be able to test our applications that are running locally seamlessly.

The performance of the virtual environment can be improved.

Can test our applications on different versions of browsers and platforms without maintaining the physical machines and software ourselves.

I like the variety of devices and browsers to test, the localhost tunnel always works well.

There are no downsides to using LambdaTest.

More Than Just Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time feedback shown on various configurations proved to be valuable when creating educational demonstrations for a diverse audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind when thinking about what I didn't like. My interaction was quite limited and hyper-focused on phone/browser steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to validate instructions for phone usage on a device that I did not have readily available. Having the option to pair a variety of browsers with Android and iPhone keeps costs low while covering a majority of users.

UI is very useful and easy to use, I didnt use the full version of the app and still was able to figure things out

Sometimes the simulations use to glitch out

web Reponsiveness on multiple devices. We have a website and want to be robust for all devices. Lamba was able to help in that.

Good customer support when using the live chat

The live-chat support for technical questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high prices compared to competition and the difficult shipping oversea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They build a system that I can use out of the box, and I don't need to worry about dependencies and setting up said system. Overall, we get more time for important tasks.
Great value and easy cross platform testing
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively straightforward product that does exactly what it needs to do. We use this for all cross platform testing of new features and it's helped us identify many browser specific and platform specific bugs. The price is also much better than other vendors we evaluated (e.g. BrowserStack).
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't really experienced many downsides for what we needed it for. But to be honest we haven't tried many of the more advanced features, we mainly use manual testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a quick and easy way to test our web application on browsers and platforms (e.g. Apple vs Windows, Firefox vs Chrome vs Safari, different mobile devices). It allows us to do exactly that and also use their live sessions to debug issues we find.
