Good platform
What do you like best about the product?
All kinds of testing can be done. Multiple options available and its very simple. Not very expensive also.
What do you dislike about the product?
More sets of automations (No code) based would be very helpful especially for PMs

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to test your site on different devices to make sure things are rendering properly. The LT Browser tool is the best for quick checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online tool does not compare to the LT Browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps when doing edits to a site and making sure the edit render properly.
A great tool that helps improve the speed of our workflow and the quality of our work
What do you like best about the product?
The developer tools on the Realtime browser tests really helps our team debug issues quickly and track down the rare OS specific bugs. We use the automated screenshot tools heavily during the development phases and helps catch bugs pre-release. We had used other providers in the past and thought the pricing was competitive and fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing significant we've spotted and have used for ~1 year now. We sometimes experience a glitch in the Realtime tool not closing the session if there was a problem, but it's a small thing, clears quickly and hasn't caused any issues. Some areas of the experience seem a little slower (/laggy) than competitors, so something that could be improved but doesn't impact hugely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we've used LambdaTest for browser testing to get consistent and robust designs, checking polyfills and other approaches to old browsers and finding/fixing OS specific bugs reported.
I love LambaTest because it makes it easy to test my apps on different platforms and browsers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can test my apps on various platforms, browsers, and versions of those browsers. This really helps when I need to view my app on a certain platform or look for browser-specific bugs and stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that LambdaTest is pretty slow for me at times. I have a decent Internet connection and an M1 MacBook Pro, so I thought that LambdaTest should run pretty smoothly, but the previews are still pretty laggy for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambaTest helps me find and fix bugs that are specific to a certain platform or browser. I only have a MacBook Pro so when I need to take a look at my app on a Windows machine, LambaTest comes in handy.

We need to test our websites on different browsers and devices, Lambda test let's us easily do that.
Easy to use web tool that we use frequently to test on different devices, browsers and versions

Easy to use, with a wide range of different browser testing options. Each test takes no more than a few seconds to set up and can be quickly switched to allow for seamless and efficient usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like the site has much more to offer than just browser testing, so it would be helpful to have easy-to-reach tutorial videos to help you learn these features.

We primarily use it to test our products on many different devices and browsers. Assuring a positive user experience no matter how they choose to enter the site.

What do you like best about the product?
we handle many website projects be it corporate or ecommerce DTC. we need to test the cross browser compatibility and ensure they are all displaying properly. so far lambdatest is best tools for cross browser testing.

so far none as I know. if they can send me the pdf invoice to my inbox each time that will be perfect

Very helpful product that helps me test different enviromnents.
What do you like best about the product?
Different platforms to test the product. In my current position, we've to test in old versions of browsers and devices, so the lambda test helps us enormously accomplish that.
What do you dislike about the product?
When debugging mobile platforms the developer console gets very slow to see what is happening on the device. So the performance could be improving when accessing some aspects of the debug console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CUstomers use our sas product and sometimes with some versions of the browser the product has bugs, lambda helps identify them and replicate them before going to dev team.
Great for creating presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the device is also shown along with the related screen resolution, which allows me to use the screenshot within presentations, and looks very sophisticated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem like it's possible to enter specific resolution measurements. Requiring me to find what device the resolution is beforehand. Maybe this feature does exist, but if so, I cannot find it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to test websites on screen resolutions I do not have available but have been shown to need some adjustments, based on user testing, for example.
