Easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
As a front end developer, I use LambdaTest for every project especially when we used to support older versions of IE. I like how easy is to do all the tests and to get the wanted results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, LambdaTest meet all my requirements for browser testing

the compatibility for all browsers especially older versions of IE
Does its job perfectly: allows to test on virtual browsers and devices

What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest lets us work seamlessly as a team with multiple seats and a competitive pricing structure. From a management perspective, the audit logs are useful for reviewing usage and looking for optimisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we had to mention a negative, it would be that sometimes the pixel density is off when previewing in Internet Explorer 11, but it can be fixed by ending the session and starting a new one.

Ensuring that our websites work in a range of pre-approved browsers.
Great for quick testing but can be quite slow

I can't select by screen resolution and would like this feature included.

I would like to be able to choose screen resolutions sizes so the ability to do that would be much appreciated or could you include the screen resolutions against each device.

The ability to quickly spin up browsers running on different OSs is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any negative experiences while using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to test our University websites on multiple devices, especially useful for student population where BYOD is prevalent.
If x-browser testing is what you need, use LambdaTest.

Fast and lots of browser options to test!

Pricing is a little high, but still worth it if testing is what you need on a monthly basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any downsides so far, but waiting for more features to be added for playwright interaction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of testing an application on multiple devices and OS with parallel testing and I love smart UI testing
Amazing service and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is really easy to use and I was quickly able to parallelize my selenium tests, saving hours! I also like the fact I can run tests on their selenium grid targeting my local computer, thanks to the SSH tunneling CLI they provide. It requires a bit of configuration, but their support is quick and efficient.
Debugging selenium tests ran during nightly integration becomes easier because I can access the video recording of every single test. Same when I test my local code, running tests on their grid, I can access the live preview and debug the same way I would do running tests locally. And this is incredibly useful!
Also, the price is really competitive based on all the other solutions I found.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing for now. I had issues running tests on their grid initially. But it's related to the way the tests were written (file downloads, copy/pastes, etc) rather than the service LambdaTest provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time! I use LambdaTest to parallelize selenium tests and was able to reduce the total run time from 7 hours to 1.5 hours (with 8 parallel tests). Allowing us to run tests more often and shorter the feedback loop for new developments.
A Great Tool For UI Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to spin up various device configurations is invaluable and has been highly useful when testing the functionality of web pages. By using LambdaTest we have been able to replicate bugs highlighted by clients and handle these without the need to source a physical device or device configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the platform can run slower than we would like however it is often not enough to affect our workflow too much.
There is a variety of different modern configurations however it would be useful to have some more legacy devices or operating systems also.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would previously struggle to replicate bugs reported by clients on our machines internally so we would frequently have to go back to them to confirm if it had been fixed. Now however we can replicate reported issues and confirm that these have been resolved.
Its a simple, quick & easy to use

Lamda is easy to setup, very good explanation on usage, debugging using local code. Many latest devices are available

Sometimes its very slow to qa, and debugging also slow which is affecting our productivity
