Fast, reliable, and good value.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using LambdaTest for a few years now and they have continued improving in that time. I only use the Realtime Browser Testing, however I am able to boot up a test in seconds, and the environment is stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues in the way that I use it. I'm not a fan of the practice of billing annually but showing monthly pricing - a slightly more expensive monthly option would be preferrable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to troubleshoot issues on devices and browsers that I do not have access to.

What do you like best about the product?
Testing on multiple OS/mobile devices and browsers is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.

I don't own a macOS device, so LambdaTest helps me so I don't have to spend mega bucks to purchase a device I would only use for testing.

I'm amazed by the precision of the renders on the different platforms. No more bad surprises when deploying a website !

Some renders can be a little slow sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
The most appreciated future is the mobile advantage of using multiple devices in seconds instead of having to get a physical one, turn it on and start testing with it. Just imagine my desk full of phones, chargers, cables etc. OMG!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is something to work with: the speed of responsiveness. I understand the current software limitations, but we will get to the same as using the physical device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the old days, our testing QA area was full of physical devices such as phones and chargers, cables, tablets etc. It was a mess. You must keep track of them and charge them all.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily access a mobile browser within my main browser for every platform I need. Underpass makes tunnelling websites running locally on my machine a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything bad or that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have a collection of different phones and tablets in my house and, because I work from home, I don't have access to test devices owned by my employer. LambdaTest makes that irrelevant.
Best mobile app testing platform yet
What do you like best about the product?
Slick UI, Easy-to-use, Lots of devices to choose from, Much faster than e.g. the Android Studio emulator.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't as easy as we would have liked to setup logging.

It allows us to test our mobile apps on a variety of devices, and in a faster way than e.g. emulators on our local machines.

That I can test my website's mobile responsiveness in multiple browsers without using a mobile device means quicker development for myself and my team.

Nothing I can think of; everything works as expected, enabling my team to check multiple devices using the LamBdaTest website.
