Lots of flexibility, works really well
What do you like best about the product?
It's been really helpful having a slack channel with them so we can ask questions as needed. The personal touch is great. There are lots of different devices and functionality and that leaves a lot of room for flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of flexibility and customization available but with like any product, that has the tradeoff of it sometimes being difficult to figure out where to find what you need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lambdatest is faster! There are far fewer delays in response after clicking something. I really love that the devices are real; that's crucial. Simulators don't cut it; they don't consistently represent how a real device works and that causes me to lose confidence in the results of my testing.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful would be the large amount of device options and browser versions you can choose from, the saved history, and Slack integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have more than 1 session without upgrading
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website layout on different devices
Suitable price.. good performance
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics feature gave you the real status of your test coverage
What do you dislike about the product?
Latency time, sometimes the support takes too much time to solve an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing time overall, for mobile app we have a robust device farm working with lambdatest
Covers all the needs at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
I find the UI very friendly vs other tools that provide the same features and a fraction of the cost. The customer support is always ready to answer questions or help find the answer if they don't have it. The mobile device emulators are kept up to date and provide easy installation of mobile apps etc. , and geofencing features that help us test quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all emulators, they are not very fast. I am not able to 'assign' or select a country code to associate to the mobile devices for Mexico.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our geo diverse development team to work around geo-restricted web pages, etc.without implementing complicated solutions.
It allows us to quickly test on different mobile device OS platforms without hosting a large mobile test lab.

Easy, convincing , best results
What do you like best about the product?
I found Lambdatest to be the best solution for cross-browser testing. Using Capabilities Generator, setting up and running automation scripts with different browsers is more straightforward and easier. Integration with JIRA helps to create bugs directly from LambdaTest. The best part is that I can see the videos of the test runs. I have always received the best support for queries and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any significant downsides of LambdaTest except the queued parallels time out could be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LambdaTest is saving my time and effort and by executing the automation scripts in parallel on the platform and browsers of my choice. I can easily see the results in the videos recorded, which saves me from having additional code of capturing snapshots. Also, LambdaTest provides different types of logs for the executed test cases, this is helping me analyze the results better.
Very helpful if you don't have multiple physical devices to test on.
What do you like best about the product?
Simulation of physical devices and the range of models and OS versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times it's rather slow to use. It also automatically ends your session after some time. Thus, overnight tests are not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to procure multiple physical devices with a range of OS versions to do thorough testing of applications.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
*Recorded test session
*Easy setup with Azure Devops
*Easy setup with Azure Devops
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service sometimes takes some time to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for QAs, especially, when we are to provide developers with information on what's failing.
Valuable Alternative to Expensive Browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to use LambdaTest, and I was very impressed with their service. Their platform is easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility when it comes to configuring your test environment. Their customer support is also top-notch; they were very responsive when I had questions about using their service. Overall, I would highly recommend LambdaTest to anyone who needs a reliable cross-browser testing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lambdatest is an excellent tool for software testing, and so far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. Their interface is easy to navigate, their pricing is competitive, and their customer support has been responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I was using Chrome dev tools to check the responsiveness of my client's websites, which wasn't always accurate. I recently ran into many issues with their simulated mobile devices, particularly with the zoom affecting how the site loads. I would see issues that didn't exist when testing on real devices. This is what led to LambdaTest and its real device options.
it is good and useful
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to cross test when i dont have the device available
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. it is useful whenever i need it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
benefits me when a new feature / course has been released.
Good tool for UX testing
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward, easy to use and has a large list of devices. Plus the price is right. This tool is ideal for us to QA our website updates and A/B tests to ensure they behave and render correctly for all devices/OS/browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's emulating devices in your browser, so it's going to be a little slow/wonky in certain circumstances. This comes with the territory, and I doubt there's a solution that wouldn't have this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QA the UX for website updates and A/B test variations. It's pretty straightforward. It's more efficient than trying to actually check these items in the different browsers/devices.
