Practical Product and Supportive Staff

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easiness of it all. I come to this application to accomplish a particlar goal and I find myself along with collegues that agree, that we can do more that hoped for. We use it often and the daily interaction with the software saves time and energy compared to other systems we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly have no gripes with the system. If ever I'm unsure about anything, the staff are easy to reach and assist to resolve whtever issues should arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Epiq saves us time! We are able to upload with efficiency, review documents and share them amongst the team with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
Great for managing document review. The entire user interface very well thought out, such that even those that are not well integrated with tech can still operate it effectively. Further, the customer support is excellent and the support team is always on standby if you require help. What I particularly like is the ease of implementation - only one or two training sessions were required to get the team started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think while the user interface is easy to use, more can be done to make it more user friendly. One way to go about this is to have an archive of tutorial videos for users to watch to solve various common problems - instead of having to reach out to the Epiq team whenever a difficulty arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has ensured that my team does not review the same document twice for different issues. It has also allowed my team a central platform to see comments/markups by each team member, which saves a lot of time communicating back and forth.

EPIQ gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
As an attorney working in preparing Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) responses, EPIQ is an excellent tool for narrowing down my searches to produce relevant documents in a fast an efficient manner. Their internal redaction features are customizable to my needs and I am able to easily export them to searchable PDFs when ready. I have been a daily user of this tool since I started working in my current position seven months ago. Finally, the customer support base has always been available whenever I've had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the default overlay of redacted text when doing a mass redaction of a particular word or phrase. Other than that, no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EPIQ allows me to filter out thousands of unwanted results from my searches within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Many features are intuitive in terms of adding tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be improved as it seems the function to build a search is clunky and doesn't include an easy way to include key words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seaches to have a more efficient review of relevant documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Helpful and nice staff who are there when you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are billed for absolutely everything causing issues with the client. I do not understand why we were billed for downloading documents when we are charged for storing them.

It would be good if you could more easily expand a documnet to be larger and cuould print from Epiq directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business problems. I use it for ediscovery in litigation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the end to end user functionality. I do not have to wait for a team to collect or process anything. I'm on my own timeline. Epiq's support is outstanding so they are there if I need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The FAQs are helpful but I think a simple job aide would be beneficial. Some of the things I had to learn with trial and error which is not always practical when you're working under a deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prior platform had a fraction of the features ED provides. I can provide access to outside counsel to review data which is essentail in Litigation. The search capabilities and production features are immensely helpful. I can run productions either to external counsel, regulators, or for an internal investigation. The options provide me solutions I did not have before.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy collection capability (used to collect a select folder from Gmail); the Admin side of the database is intuitive - easy to create coding layouts, manage users, export productions. Customer support was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
QC review of productions are not easily accomplished -- there is no ability to filter data fields to confirm responsiveness, privilege, redaction, and confidentiality tagging for the dataset. Indepdent searches are required and need to be rerun after each update to confirm all documents are being produced as intended. Creating batch reviews was cumbersome and not easily managed - the feature are too simplistic and would like more reporting options and visibility. The organization of the saved searches were overwhelming, and should be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very competitive pricing which was beneficial for the datasize. It fit hte need but you get what you pay for -- not a lot of sophistication.

What do you like best about the product?
I value the response of customer service and also how easy the platform is to navigate. Tagging is straight farward and any one can learn to upload files.
What do you dislike about the product?
redaction is very difficult especially because the tool needs to be clicked on several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
help make document review faster and more manageable, help tracking progress of docs done before and summary of reports

Perfect solution for a Subject Access Request

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and helps running searches easily. Appreciate the way documents are organised and fodoered how we want to. Ease of access to the saved searches!
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets slow at times. The production that is created is stactic. It will be better if the production that is run is dynamics. It will help in not repeating the production process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the documents from a pst, duplicates being removed and helped us get more organised and productive with the document review process we have internally.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface, reminds me of an iphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks. It might make sense to allow more tags when in the "normal view." Currently, it is only 4 flags, perhaps increase to 8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing document review at an affordable price, and this is important to my clients.
