Easy to stay organized and rest assured that we're compliant
What do you like best about the product?
Any time there is a task that needs to be done, an email is sent out by Secureframe with explicit instructions on how to accomplish it. Whether that be a new employee going through onboarding, annual SOC 2 compliance, or verifying that security policies are up to date, Secureframe ensures that the important tasks are completed in a timely manner. It would be chaos to try and manage all of this another way, and our team breathes easy knowing that we're covered by their software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team receives security questionnaires at least weekly from our prospective customers, which can come in a variety of formats (Excel, Word, external site, etc). While there is a questionnaire library feature within Secureframe, it is currently limited to being able to read and fill out Excel spreadsheets. If this were the only way we received questionnaires, it would be perfect. Alas, that's not the world we live in.
Thankfully, the Secureframe success/support team has been receptive to feedback around how this could be improved and have relayed those thoughts to their Product team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe ensures that our team's policy documentation is recorded and kept up to date, and requires that every employee go through annual training on these policies and more. It makes it easy for our HR and IT teams to know who has accomplished the required tasks on time, and can send out personalized reminders to those who have yet to do so.
It also automatically pulls Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures data for our connected integrations, which helps our team prioritize security tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
They genuinely want to see you succeed. They are always responsive and demonstrate true professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was really no downside to my interactions with Secureframe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureFrame is helping me with our PCI and SOC2 compliance. This is an integral part of our company doing business. The benifits are many, including allowing us to do business within many diffferent industrys with varying level of requirements.
User Friendly System
What do you like best about the product?
It helps alot with organizing and understanding requirements for ISO compliance. My contact at Secureframe is also very responsive and helpful. It makes ISO compliance a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple times where something was not very obvious at first glance, however my contact at Secureframe is super helpful and responsive to answering my questions so it hasn't been a significant issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves the issues of organizing, storing, and sharing, evidence for ISO compliance. It also solves issues of not knowing what needs to be done for ISO compliance.

Easy to use and quick to learn. Simple to implement and very easy to integrate in our clientrs enviorment

Best Tool I've Used so Far
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of integrations allows us to track compliance across our entire suite of tools. We check SecureFrame frequently to ensure compliance. The tool makes seeing evidance easy, is very easy to deploy, and so far we've had very few issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI bugs that cause some distress, however once you know what these are, its not particularly impacting of the day to day operation.

Secureframe allows us to track SOC 2 and HIPAA complaince needs.
9-Months to a Successful Completion
What do you like best about the product?
Having a weekly meeting was important having never sought a SOC2 Type II attestation. The meetings helped keep focus and direction moving in a positive direction. There was a time factor involved for us to be completed and having the meetings was very beneficial. The users interface with the website was understandable and helpful once we got moving in a positive direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little daunting to begin with as the steps from beginning to end were a bit nebulous to start. Where to focus one's attention was a bit confusing. While there were steps to setup one's account, we found there was a need for a "Focus on ..." first was needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to achieve a SOC2 Type II attestation per the requirements of a client who does work for the Federal government.

The setup was smooth thanks to their fantastic account management and advisory, making the process feel like we had an expert team member onboard. It has significantly contributed to our ISO 27001 certification, helping us to secure larger clients, which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. The seamless integration of features like risk management, employee onboarding, policy review, and security awareness truly streamlines our operations. I love the new AI feature for evidence validation, which enhances the overall functionality. With comprehensive integrations like Microsoft Azure and Office 365, automating tests effectively, it helps meet control requirements effortlessly. I am delighted with the support and partnership facilitated through Secureframe, such as arranging pen testing and external audit partners.

What I like best about Secureframe is how seamlessly it streamlines our compliance process. The platform centralizes everything—from policy management to vendor tracking—making it easy to stay audit-ready at all times. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and proactive, which gives me confidence that we’re always in good hands. Secureframe has turned what used to be a stressful, manual process into an efficient, organized workflow that saves us time and keeps us ahead of deadlines

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative—though I’d love to see even more integrations and reporting tools added over time because the existing features have already been so valuable for us.

Secureframe works well for integrtaing with Azure platform and ensuring that we are maintaining compliance for SOC, ISO & HIPAA requirements. It continuously monitors and provides comprehensive testing to ensure our success.

It would be helpful to allow for "Bulk" setting of dates for the tests.

Makes Evidence Collection Painless
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides a good starting point for organizing everything. Easily-configurable integrations make is painless to capture critical information without any hard work.

There's nothing yet that I dislike. Great product so far.
