SOC 2 Made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations literally save hundreds of hours of manual checking. Super easy to use and keep everyone on the team compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations will run a false negative. It would be nice to have auditors only use Secureframe instead of a combination of ClickUp and Secureframe

Getting through compliance for cybersecurity and SOC 2.

What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame's integrations work great! Its really nice to fire this tool up, connect our providers up and start passing tests. We also have been using this to provide contracts when audit requests and it makes it a lot simpler. We have also had numerous feature requests and our reps have been very responsive, and those requests have been acted on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not fully featured out. They are still building parts that will be super helpful for us such as a deeper integration into Active Directory/Entra

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Simple User Interface, Tracking everything in one place, Integrating smoothly with applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing infrastructure after applying changes would take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a healthcare company, we have to ensure being HIPAA compliant all the time & Secureframe lets us easily track ourselves and provide simple resolution steps.
Helpfull for SOC2 complaiance
What do you like best about the product?
From a technical standpoint, setting up the integrations on both platforms was straightforward and seamless. The most valuable part for us was the detailed test results — they highlighted the exact resources that needed attention. This not only helped us strengthen our security posture but also gave us clear guidance to prepare for SOC 2 compliance with confidence.
The UI is intuitive and easy to use. We also had a good experience with support and received valuable recommendations on choosing a Penetration Testing provider.

At Goldcast, security and compliance are critical as we scale, and Secureframe has been a game-changer for us. Their platform made what could have been a complex, months-long process into something streamlined, clear, and surprisingly manageable.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement: I wish there were more granular control over certain features. For example, we can’t disable specific requirements like background checks for certain roles, which means employees sometimes get multiple unnecessary pings. It’s not a dealbreaker, but more flexibility here would make the experience even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us solve the challenge of achieving and maintaining security compliance without overwhelming our team or slowing down the business. Compliance requirements like SOC 2 can be complex, time-consuming, and resource-intensive, especially for a fast-growing company. Secureframe automates much of the evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and policy management, which drastically reduces the manual work for our team.
Great strides into Questionnaire Automation
What do you like best about the product?
As the Solutions Engineer, I answer many security and vendor questionnaires every month. The use of the Knowledge Base and Questionnaire sections of Secureframe has dramatically shortened the time to completion on these. I have been able to quickly upload previously completed questionnaires to the platform to start populating the KB for immediate implementation and usage. I am able to use the Chrome extension to allow me to use this multiple times a week to answer questions on demo calls as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on how to upload a questionnaire into the system to be answered is a bit steep. The UI will bounce around and you can easily lose your spot on long questionnaires. The Chrome extension can be a bit too overzelous when attempting to get you an answer but is easily overcome with some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe to manage our audits, as well as complete questionnaires. These tie nicely into each other for a streamlined system of unified information.
Great Support for SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to the SOC2 process and Secureframe has made it much easier to decipher what needs to be done. They are quick to respond with questions and provide great support.

It can be difficult to navigate the menus, but once you gain a little practice, it becomes clearer.

Assisting with SOC2. We didn't know where to start and they made it easy to break down into tasks.

Secureframe automates a huge portion of compliance checks, saving a lot of manual effort. Its wide range of integrations makes connecting with our existing tools seamless.

The initial setup and interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for first-time users. There’s a learning curve in navigating all the features and settings. However, once you understand the workflow, the complexity becomes much more manageable.
Some integrations may be limited if you don't have an enterprise subscription with the 3rd party, but there isn't much Secureframe can do to solve it, as discussed directly with them.

SecureFrame made SoC2 compliance easy
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame has transformed our SOC 2 compliance process, making it streamlined and efficient. The standout feature is its powerful evidence collection, which is not only comprehensive but also incredibly reusable. This feature has been a game-changer, allowing us to easily address customer requests during initial product security evaluations by providing clear, organized evidence. Even though we only subscribed to the SOC 2 framework, the robust evidence collection made preparing for FedRAMP authorization for our flagship product significantly easier, as it covered so many compliance needs. The platform’s automation integrates seamlessly with our tech stack, and the intuitive dashboard keeps everything manageable. Paired with their responsive support, SecureFrame is a must-have for simplifying compliance and customer trust. Highly recommend!

The list of repositories can be improved. When the name/link of a repo is too long, the name/link is cutoff making finding the right repo very difficult.

This reusability, despite subscribing only to the SOC 2 framework, also streamlined our preparation for FedRAMP authorization for our flagship product by covering overlapping requirements. Additionally, SecureFrame’s active compliance issue detection for our cloud/SaaS services ensures we stay ahead of potential risks. This dual benefit—simplifying compliance and enhancing continuous security—has significantly reduced manual effort and strengthened our infrastructure’s overall security posture. The platform’s seamless integrations, intuitive dashboard, and responsive support make compliance manageable and boost our confidence in maintaining robust security. SecureFrame is an invaluable tool for both compliance and ongoing security assurance.
