Secureframe Makes Compliance Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve used Secureframe for PCI, ISO, and SOC 2 compliance for 3+ years, and it’s made the process simple and efficient. Policy templates cover all major frameworks, and publishing policies automatically notifies employees for acknowledgment. The continuous tests help us monitor multiple cloud environments, reducing the number of new tasks each year. Their auditor recommendations have been spot-on, and support is always excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
The controls tab can be tricky to navigate, and some integrations still require manual evidence uploads. Minor issues, but worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe centralizes and automates our PCI, ISO, and SOC 2 compliance efforts. It replaces manual policy management with digital templates and continuously monitors our infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. This automation reduces the time spent preparing for audits, lowers the number of new compliance tasks each year, and ensures we stay audit-ready year-round.
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe allows me to concentrate fully on other responsibilities while managing evidence for audit purposes. It integrates easliy with all apps that we use and saves time around audit dates. The customer support team is great and are regularly in contact.

Easy and Straight forward Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of Integration implementation. Secureframe offers easy to follow guides and directions on how to connect your integrations into Secureframe. The ability to mark certain evidence collected via Integrations as out of scope was super useful in our Audit. Integrating to our different products to one place helped us find forgotten resources that we were able to shut down and remove. Support was super quick to help and resolve my issue with our Microsoft 365 integration failing to show all users having MFA. I also enjoyed how easy it was to satisfy each of the controls. The guides and recommendations were great in terms of finding exactly what evidence we needed to help us pass the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create custom and specific types of reports. I wish there was a way to mix and match certain criteria to report to the specific teams per controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has streamlined our entire audit preparation process by centralizing evidence collection, automating integration checks, and providing clear, actionable guidance for each control. Instead of manually tracking security configurations across multiple systems, we can now see compliance status in one place and address any gaps quickly. The ability to mark out-of-scope evidence means we can focus audit efforts where they matter most, saving significant time and reducing the stress of last-minute document gathering. The integrations not only save time but have also helped us identify resources we had forgotten about.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Secureframe exceptionally easy to use, requiring minimal training for new users, which greatly simplifies onboarding. Its ease of access is particularly beneficial for training purposes. Additionally, its strong security features provide confidence in protecting our organization.

Secureframe Streamlines Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Secureframe is how it organizes all tasks for compliance to any chosen standards in a way that makes it easy to keep track of and address. Setting up integrations to automatically assess compliance of your system infrastructure is easy. Our customer success representative has been extremely helpful in our company's efforts to comply to certain standards. We treat the software as central to our compliance efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can initially be a bit confusing just due to the sheer number of facets to cover for compliance, but it is fairly easy to learn and this problem quickly goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us ensure that our system is compliant with standards that are required by our customers, building trust in our company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe provides a central knowledge base that allows for building a foundation of knowledge for the organisation. This helps with educating non-technical people int he organisation.
The security questionnaire tool is great. What was once a massive time seek with countless client questionnaires, is reduced to a manageable quantity and improved quality.
Visibility into the various controls our organisation has for ISO compliance is easily viewed and reported within the tool. Our ISO auditors love using this!

Organized my SOC 2 / HIPAA compliance needs providing clear recommendations in achieving compliance
What do you like best about the product?
1. Integrations with my cloud providers and other applications to detect configurations that were not compliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Was unable to use Azure Dev Ops to set an automatic integration.
2. For major companies like Stripe and Azure, I wish the SOC 2 items were automatically included in the vendor audits.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a clear path forward to achieve SOC 2 / GDPR and HIPAA compliance. Within hours of initiating the tool, it provided me with a path to fulfill these requirements instead of having to rely on spreadsheet templates.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Secureframe is its ability to simplify and automate the entire SOC 2 Type II compliance process. The platform provides a clear roadmap, real-time monitoring, and integrations with the tools we already use, which makes evidence collection seamless. I especially appreciate the continuous compliance features—being able to track our security posture in real time gives us confidence that we're always audit-ready. The support team is also incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, which made onboarding smooth and efficient.

Some integrations require manual configuration or don’t fully capture all relevant data, which can lead to extra work during evidence collection

Before using Secureframe, tracking controls, collecting evidence, and preparing for audits were manual, time-consuming, and error-prone. The platform automates much of that work

Secureframe makes it easier to ensure we are prepared for our audits and test to achieve certification for SOC 2 and HIPAA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much down side in using from my perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of Azure resources when connected is invaluable in maintaining high scoring in Azure Security. In addition, we use the knowledge base and questionnaire module to facilitate the answering of customer compliance questionnaires which can be daunting!
