My job is so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the Trust Center available to our clients saves me so much time. Before Secureframe, I had to gather the documents myself, document what was sent to whom, and then send the documents out myself. The TrustCenter in SecureFrame does all this for me and more. It even includes an optional NDA for document recipients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Secureframe, it only makes work easier and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily meet our client's requirements for Vendor Due Diligence audits, while providing the security and user tracking that we require to mitigate our risk.
Highly Recommended Security and Compliance Software
What do you like best about the product?
As a new member of our compliance team I was pretty much able to jump right into Secureframe and be productive once I got comfortable with the platform. I really like the clean layout and how easy it is to navigate the UI. I also like how helpful and responsive the Secureframe support team are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be a little learning curve for the non-technical user.

Simplified Compliance Process
What do you like best about the product?
As our company's information security program matures, we've looked to obtain industry certifications to reflect the advancement of our program. Secureframe helped us streamline and make certification processes easier. Through centralized workflows and detailed frameworks that outline control requirements and mapping, it made the process intuitive and left us feeling prepared for audit processes. What I appreciate most is how the tool proactively flags gaps or failing controls and provides details on what is needed to remediate.
Their trust center feature has also has allowed us to share compliance status and certificates with clients and prospects with ease. The setup process was simple and maintenance couldn't be more simple. Secureframe's vast knowledge base also made it easy to navigate any questions or look deeper into how to leverage the platform which is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Secureframe has massively simplified our certification processes and the Trust Center makes compliance faster and more transparent. However, it would be great to be able to customize access for roles more granularly.

Secureframe has helped centralize documentation and automate tasks which gives our company a clear, real-time view of our certification progress. The frameworks and controls made sure we didn't miss a step in evidence collection and maintenance.
Secureframe Makes SOC 2 Type II Compliance Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provides a streamlined, well-structured process we can trust with our SOC 2 Type II compliance. We use it regularly throughout the year to track progress. Automated collection, continuous monitoring, and real-time insights keep us on top of every requirement. The wide range of integrations made setup quick, and the intuitive design means everyone on our team can jump in without extra training. Their support team stands out quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Most importantly, Secureframe gives us the peace of mind that our compliance is always current while giving us the flexibility to grow and adapt as our needs change.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I’ve been very happy with Secureframe. I don’t have any major dislikes, and I’m looking forward to seeing even more features and updates in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe eliminates the manual, time-consuming work of managing SOC 2 Type II compliance. By automating evidence collection, integrating with our existing tools, and providing continuous monitoring, it keeps us audit-ready year-round. This saves our team significant time, reduces the risk of errors, and gives us confidence that our compliance is always current.
Makes Compliance Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple compliance engagements, and Secureframe has made it very easy to monitor and manage those projects. It gives me clear guidelines on completing the compliance tasks at hand to get my projects to certification quickly. It makes compliance quick and easy. The integrations are helpful to monitor, and implementing the controls is straightforward. I use this tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally integrations that are not available that would help our teams, though Secureframe makes it easy to request them if they do not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the audit readiness and continuous mononitoring of the program easy and straightforward.
Fast-tracked our SOC 2 Type 1 (early 2025) with clear guidance & automation
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe gave us a clear, step-by-step path to SOC 2 Type 1 and we hit compliance in early 2025 without thrash. The tasking, templates, and automated evidence collection kept everyone aligned, and the CSM/auditor workflow saved a ton of email back-and-forth. Next up, we plan to connect GitLab and AWS for continuous monitoring and tighter control checks
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations can take extra setup or don’t go as deep as we’d like out-of-the-box. Reporting/customization is fine once you learn it, but could be more flexible. None of this blocked us, just room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We achieved SOC 2 Type 1 in early 2025 on a predictable timeline with far less manual work, and now have a repeatable program we can extend to Type 2 and additional frameworks.
Great product for SOC2 Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX features in secureframe are awesome. They provide a dashboard thats easy to navigate. Additionally the ease of use of the platform is great for those who are new to SOC2 or any other compliance framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personnel page can be a bit confusing when you have a majority of contractors working in your organization

Best of both worlds
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is a great choice when optimizing between cost and ease of use. We've been using Secureframe for all of our SOC2 security compliance needs for several years. They've got great customer support, integrations with 3rd party vendors are super easy to get hooked up, ease of implementation, and the dashboards are great - super easy to see what's an immediate concern and the state of compliance for your startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say just being proactive about notifying customers when there are bugs in the dashboard. We've been bug reporting and opening cases and the support team is quite responsive but at times the issues we've flagged are known to them, so proactive outreach would be a nice thing via email just so we're aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe centralizes our SOCII compliance checklist and makes it super easy to add documentation, pass tests to be compliant, manage compliance status for our application as well as our employees. It's really simplified having to wrangle various areas of compliance and having centralized it. They've also introduced us to their audit partners, and pen test partners both of which were great to work with.
Secureframe has been invaluable for SOC 2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's platform is intuitive and robust. We went through our first round of SOC 2 audits (ever) this year, and I cannot imagine doing those without Sf. It has helped us build and standardize workflows, conduct more structured vendor diligence, implement regimented security review schedules, manage policies & procedures, and so much more. Separate from the product, our experience working with the Sf team has been really positive. We have a fantastic account manager whose guidance and enablement has been invaluable as in we continue to mature our compliance program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's truly nothing I've found to dislike about Secureframe. In fact, we're currently assessing a package upgrade to include the advanced TPRM module which is really impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guided us step-by-step for SOC 2 audits, making clear the evidence we needed to gather and allowing assignment of ownership to each test. Houses our SOC 2-related policies and procedures, provided template policies for those we didn't have, handles employee onboarding and security awareness training. Comply AI is a huge time-saver for internal and vendor security reviews.
Come for the tool, stay for the people
What do you like best about the product?
When we first onboarded with SecureFrame, it was because of the tool. Working through NIST 171 and CMMC program implementation, we needed a robust tool that could aid in the process. Several months in, though, we quickly realized that we got way more than we thought we would. The key factor was their team's dedication. Unlike traditional SaaS offerings where you pay for the tool and only get...well, the tool, SecureFrame goes out of their way to make themselves available to their customer base, answering questions not just about the tool but also giving us access to their GRC team so we could brainstorm. They have become an extension of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see an expanded API that lets automate more artifact collection from with CI pipelines.
