What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been a fantastic solution for our team, especially when it comes to balancing a limited budget with a strong need for comprehensive security compliance. The value is undeniable. It provides a robust suite of tools without the high price tag or the need to bring on dedicated compliance staff. The platform's intuitive design made getting started incredibly straightforward; we were able to quickly configure our settings and integrate with our existing infrastructure. What really sets Secureframe apart is the caliber of their customer support. The team has been consistently responsive, providing quick, personalized assistance that made our initial setup and ongoing use a truly positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the platform's extensive features, it can be a bit challenging at first to navigate all the options, but the excellent support team is always there to guide you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has effectively solved the problem of achieving and maintaining compliance without consuming a significant amount of our resources. It's allowed us to automate manual evidence gathering and risk management, which has freed up our technical team to focus on development and core operations. What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe is a powerful compliance automation platform that makes achieving and maintaining standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR much easier. Its key strength is automation: the system integrates directly with cloud providers, HR platforms, and security tools to continuously monitor controls, flag issues in real time, and provide clear evidence collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the features to roll out in a timely manner. Would like the product team to address real world compliance issues and not always the nice to haves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform drastically reduces the manual work and back-and-forth typically required for audits. Its user-friendly dashboard centralizes everything from policy templates to risk assessments, making compliance both faster and less stressful. Secureframe also includes built-in guidance, helping teams stay audit-ready year-round rather than scrambling right before deadlines.
Great for organizing SOC2 and ISO audits
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe makes it easy to see where we’re in compliance and where gaps exist, which is especially valuable when preparing for a first-time ISO audit. It’s also very straightforward to roll out and track employee acknowledgments of security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to click a few too many times to uncover why something is marked unhealthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing evidence collection, tracking progress against frameworks, and making it clear where we still have gaps.

Ease of use in creating structure for our compliance team to go through the approval process.

It can be a bit difficult to download evidence and policy if you need to extract for security assessments.

We use Secureframe in order to complete our annual SOC2 audit
Secureframe helped us achieve SoC2 compliance that would otherwise be impossible for us.
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe automatically reads our security profile from cloud systems such as Google Cloud Platform and Office 365 and checks for compliance. It also guides us to upload the remaining evidence to be able to complete compliance. From initial integration to special situations, the platform is easy to use by non-experts. The customer service has been exceptional, and rather proactive instead of reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not really found any significant downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe monitors security compliance of our cloud systems instead of having us to do so manually. It helps us save thousands of dollars in labor cost and helps keep our compliance up to date.
Great GRC tool
What do you like best about the product?
It provides everything we need for our SOC 2 audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better integrations for evidence collection.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Secureframe covers a great balance between cost and feature availability. It is not as expensive as Drata or Vanta while offering a very similar feature set. Sprinto might have had a more complete feature set when we were purchasing but Secureframe has caught up in most areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the modules could use a little bit more customization. For example, I would like to be able to associate risk assesments to be specific to a vendor but that mapping doesn't exist yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe allows us to meet all of our regulatory requirements as well as maintain SOC compliance.
Surprisingly Simple and Actually Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I wanted something that would keep my client work organized and secure, but not have to make it complicated. It’s a way to keep everything simple — jobs are obvious, and it tells me what I need to do without being irritating. The daily alerts are helpful without being overwhelming, and I like that it doesn’t need constant babysitting. It just hums along in the background, that’s perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not the most versatile thing in the world. I do kind of wish that I could make Voice In behave differently, either the way some tasks are categorized or the way that notifications end up being sent. A little more control over how things look and feel would be nice, too, but it’s functional, but not a lot of personalization to be had. And there are some things that feel like it’s intended for larger teams, so I just ignore those parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and prevents me from overlooking important security and compliance pieces across various client projects. I no longer worry about missing deadlines, or that something will fall through. It is essentially having a silent assistant who keeps things neat and your clients satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has been an amazing vendor in our SOC 2 process. The platform makes it easy to connect with qualified auditors, track our compliance efforts, and keep all of our requirements organized in one place. It takes what could be a complex, time-consuming process and makes it straightforward and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that the reminders and task tracking aren’t as strong as they could be. While the platform is excellent overall, more consistent notifications and accountability features would make it even better.

It eliminates the guesswork and manual effort that would otherwise take significant time and resources.
