Price gets a little higher when working with large amount of content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a hybrid app tech stack and GraphCMS is amazing to integrate with it.
Headless CMS Gamechanger - I'd use it for every project now
What do you like best about the product?
The interface - It's slick. Intuitive and best of all, rapid fast. You can get exactly what you need done in a fraction of the time for other headless CMS about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a single complaint - the only negative experience I've had is my own misunderstanding, graphCMS makes it extremely easy for all skill levels to use, so when some of the more technical aspects pop up for a dev-in-training, I've been caught out by the technical skill level needed. Though every problem I've ever faced has been solved easily via the documentation, the slack community, or Fabian, who's a hero with the patience of a saint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Business growth. Vouchernaut is as Jamstack as they come; tons of content changing every day from multiple sources. I could use a traditional database for this, but the editing and CMS features are second to none and I'd hate to lose that. It's true when they say GraphCMS empowers teams; it really is for every one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out on the community plan. It's free, it's amazing, and it makes sense. Join the Slack Community and check it out. You won't regret it.
The Headless CMS To Go (For Our Non-Profit Organization)
What do you like best about the product?
- GraphCMS offers highest flexibility (GraphQL).
- No programming is needed to set up the data scheme.
- It has a really competitive price even compared to open source.
- Highly customizable entry fields – you can write your own fields, e.g. integrate you own editor like a customized TineMCE.
- Excellent support via Slack.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor bugs and, in some cases, unpredictable behavior on the API side. Both problems were quickly fixed by the excellent support in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running an hybrid app tech stack with GraphCMS, Next.js and Expo.io. GraphCMS is easy to integrate. The graphical user interface of GraphCMS is intuitive, and GraphQL makes changes to the API fast and predictable.
One of the most robust and complete CMS out there, top notch from the product to customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integration within nextjs apps, if you have any questions you can contact support and they will get back to you asap. Open source so you can contribute if you see something you want to add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the tech is really ahead of its time and with any growing company, there are always areas of improvement which they are tackling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS systems can get complicated, especially WYSIWYGs, and APIs, which use graphql, so it saves time and API calls, they have an awesome graphql playground to test out your APIs, there are a lot of benefits and I have yet scratched the surface of their offerings.
Stellar CMS, Great Features, Solid Support
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS is extremely easy to use once you understand how to work with content models and the graphQL-based API playground. Making edits to the schema, sending and receiving API requests, and managing content works fairly fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
GraphCMS is not mobile-friendly at all. Its usability takes a nosedive on smartphones or small screens. It's not feasible to utilize the API playground or the schema editor on mobile, which is best suited for larger screens of a development environment. It is technically there but is useless and only clutters the interface.
Another dislike is that GraphCMS has yet to implement a dark theme or nighttime mode, lagging far behind the curve of most other development tools. GraphCMS is the brightest application in my development environment, which means working with GraphCMS late at night isn't nearly as appealing as it could be. I'd take a basic color inversion feature as a stop-gap before implementing a fully-fledged dark mode. The dev team could just slap "filter: invert(1)" in the CSS of the whole application and be done with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building NextJS-driven websites and landing pages with re-usable, recursive content blocks, allowing for quick website building and deployments with little-to-no coding required. GraphCMS is the perfect content management system to get this done. Its headless nature means that neither me or my clients will be vendor-locked to anyone headless provider. However, GraphCMS's support and constant new features make it the best choice in 2021.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider GraphCMS if you are looking into implementing Headless CMS into your projects. Their team is solely dedicated to their CMS. So you get a service and team that are not distracted by other non-CMS features like deployments, hosting, CD/CI that other providers worry about.
Excellent cloud software and APIs
What do you like best about the product?
There is a great intuitive UI for editing your content. The schema editor is very flexible and the APIs are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is occasional instability when significant features are released. It is infrequent, but when it does happen, their support is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management for our public marketing site as well as content services for multiple applications. For applications, we can update content and messaging without a code push.
