Short learning curve, flexible, configurable and with a great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS interface is very intuitive, making it easy to create complex relational data models, even for non-programmers. Furthermore, exploring the content through the GraphiQL interface is an absolute pleasure, making our developers way more productive. Another excellent attribute is the quality of the customer support team willing to hear our feedback and help us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing might be a blocking factor for small projects and the interface is english only, what can be another blocking factor for some international businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are currently solving is the development speed. The tool helps us make quick iterations during development and helps us focus more on DEV, less on OPS.
Easy to understand and make use of, and it's very fast
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to undertand, and the GraphQL explorer is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...it's been serving my purposes well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a CMS that I could utilise with nuxt.js or Gatsby, and it has solved the problem well. I also looked into Storyblok and Sanity and this came out on top. I had some issues getting started and the chat support was excellent
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start a test version to understand how it works in case you end up clogging your schema with stuff you don't need or that is covered already elsewhere
A very powerful tool, especially for startups!
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I'm using GraphCMS to power this application:
ios: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/rutgers-rumobile/id1036544263
android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rumobile
It works like a charm, I'm using the free version, and I honestly can't believe how much you can get from the free version of this software. GraphQL and being a headless CMS, everything just works perfectly. The platform has a very clean-looking UI, and the billing information is very clear. So far, I have not run into any major issues or outages, and I'm certainly looking forward to keeping using this platform for future apps, which I'm sure will be much more significant in scale. I would be happy to pay money for a platform that deserves it!

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything in particular that comes to mind. Still, I know one of the biggest challenges I'm currently facing right now, which isn't exactly the fault of the platform but rather the framework I'm using in my app, is that when I update markdown data in GraphCMS, it won't reflect the change right away on my app, I know there is some caching going on, maybe having some articles on their website or blogs or forums that talk about how to solve this would be a massive help for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The very fact that I don't have to go out of my way to deploy a database and put a WebUI around it for me to upload content so that my app feeds to it, it's a massive plus for me. It saves me so much time and hassle.
Very good
What do you like best about the product?
I like how GraphCMS constantly send email to ask if help is needed even if i'm on th free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think GtaphCMS can become the best if its documentation is more beginner friendly and also more training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly content management for websites
Unprecedented light-speed of content delivery.
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy the speed of api-responses on different geo's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. Even the team migration to new dashboard was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implemented on centralised content db and deliver across all platforms.
Smooth and quick.
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick start. Nice user interface. Friendly community.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit steep price plan for professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product gives me a performant backend for mye frontend, that is easy to use and maintenance free. Development starts in seconds, almost no setup required. Just log in and press "create project" and you are good to go.
My Go-to for Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
It has everything I need for powering headless websites and apps without tons of overhead or compromises. Easy data modeling, good API, and the platform is constantly improving.
It is a great CMS for developers as well as content editors.
It is a great CMS for developers as well as content editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still growing so there are some minor features found in competitor platforms that aren't yet available or just aren't well documented, yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GraphCMS is the backbone of a website, CRM, and web app for an event-based local business. Online bookings, day-to-day operations, and more.
Really excellent balance between Developer Friendly and Non developer Friendly (Content Creators)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, support, docs and features like UI extension
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have a third environment without the next major cost increase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data closer to the UI and formed in a way that is best for the UI
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The perfect balance between developer and content creator features. Developers are not limited in what they can create. They can focus on the more interesting bits, as opposed to creating forms, roles, servers, etc.
Developer Friendly Headless CMS and BAAS Solution with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The support was ultra quick and amazingly helpful.
GraphCMS goes beyond just providing a headless CMS into BAAS territoy
GraphCMS goes beyond just providing a headless CMS into BAAS territoy
What do you dislike about the product?
The management SDK could use some better error handling and docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it more like a BAAS (Backend as a Service) solution
Powerful tool that needs some warm-up time
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS is a very flexible tool. From simple i18n to full-blown website organization, it's all possible. We use for two cases: first, we use GraphCMS as a localization tool for our platform. So all text that is displayed within the platform is identified by a unique key. In Graph we put a value for each language available for each key. That way, it is straightforward to change translations and text in general. The second use case is our landing page. We have several different content blocks available, e.g., news article, video+text, picture+text, etc. In Graph it is pretty simple to add, remove or edit these building blocks and also to change the content of each block, e.g., texts or pictures. The actual visual interpretation is done in the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to get used to the way of building stuff with GraphCMS. As the code makes the actual decision on how content looks in a given environment, it makes it harder to imagine the final result. However, after some time, you get used to it.
Unfortunately, we have performance issues from time to time, where loading of localized content takes some time. Also, it would be great to publish entire sets of building blocks. For example we have a picture+text block which has an own component nested for uploading and configuring the picture. If you just publish the entire building block, it doesn't publish the picture automatically.

1) localization on our platform
2) Entire content management for our landing page
-> both is pretty simple as soon as you got used to the way of working with an headless CMS
