GraphCMS
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that it has a clean looking UI with the ability to control a significant amount of the customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to navigate UI, RTE needs a lot of work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: provide a quality digital experience for government clients
Developer driven, supportive community and all around sensible CMS
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS from the ground up has been built with both the end-user and developers in mind. It offers extensible features which allow a developer to build a CMS that reflects their needs and requirements truly while also giving and user-friendly and customizable enough UI that non-technical users are comfortable opening it up and making changes. It has a host of well support integrations with popular frameworks such as React and a community Slack team that is well moderated and always open to giving a hand just fleshing out an idea or providing debugging help with integration or developer expereince. It's a pleasure to use, and It's hard to look back to more rigid solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like the UI is rather overwhelming with all the tabs and links and slide-out pages here and there. Sometimes I can struggle to search effectively using the search bar within the UI. Also, as a developer, It'd be amiss if I didn't ask for a dark mode :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building an international Shopify store while also creating expansive and additional content for our content teams to add our own flair and meta data to products.
The flexibility of relationship types in GraphCms has really allowed us to ensure we have a handle on what can be placed where while also providing our content team have the flexibility to build pages as desired using content modules we've built in-house.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent tool for developers and flexible enough to meet the requirements of most scenarios a company may require in regards to content management, while also extensible with their new UI Extensions element.
Great headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast you can create a flexible content model and start building the front end. The UX of the product is also amazing and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that don't exist yet but I know they are working on them. They also are very receptive to feedback which is refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having our content all over the place and not structured. The biggest benefit for us is to deploy content in a structured way rapidly.
Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I found GraphCMS to be very approachable. I had limited experience with GraphQL and between the tools and docs, I had an app up and running in one day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - the web login can be persnickety. That's about it. Sometimes I have to log in more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing an open-source app that provides insight into code quality for a team. It is already up and running and has projects getting on-boarded.
Amazing Product - But first tier pricing is harsh
What do you like best about the product?
Everthing, it works really well and is highly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers! Much better to offer a pay monthly amount for smaller developers like myself, that provide sites for small concerns/clients.
For example, Netlify charge me 19 dollars a month for all the services I need. The price hike from free tier to $299 a month per project is insane.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of over-complicated bloated CMS platforms i've used in the past.
The tool is very intuitive, and the team service when you experience any issue is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, even for non-experienced users as I am. I was able to create my schema easily, and when I had any issue, the team was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is very good as it is, although I had some problems with "Localize" options (very likely to be my bad)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize my schema very easily in order to create my eCommerce solution
A great choice for apps with editorial content.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create and modify a schema. You can change and improve your data model easily once you have some content and code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is no way to migrate the data when you change your data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built a prototype for an app with a lot of editorial content. With GraphCMS we were able to build the app rather quickly. The Query editor was also a great help.
Fast API and Friendly Support
What do you like best about the product?
The support from the GraphCMS team is just as fast as their website. I am amazed at how fast the API is, and how fast and friendly their support team has been!
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat of a clunky interface, there isn't a place in plain site of which environment you're in, and the refresh of data button is hidden behind a menu where I believe it should be more readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs a fast API for configuration for our clients. We can retrieve our clients configurations and apply them in the website easily.
The most effective, and innovative headless CMS on the market
What do you like best about the product?
-Coming from an IT background, I found GraphCMS incredibly and flexible.
-I was able to create complex schemas (50+ models with around 20 fields each) in less than 4 days, with and without SDK. It usually takes me about a month to accomplish the same result with other platforms/databases.
-Localized fields are very easy to set up!
-It's very easy to create relationships.
-Various UI elements (upload files / pictures / map).
-GraphQL integration (It's a must-have for my project)
-Very Clean UI
-Very helpful team

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really for now. I initially struggled a little with setting up permissions, but the GraphCMS Team provided me a lot of guidance and resources to set them up correctly!
Thanks
Thanks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to build a project management platform for film, festivals, and organizations. There are thousands of film festivals with a lot of fields and connections (like Award, Films, Organisation, Actors, Organizers).
We already saved months of work. I quote my client comment: "The week we spent on GraphCMS is equivalent to spending 10 sprints using other tools"

Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using GraphCMS as BE in multiple MVPs, and so far, I am more than happy with the results. Great models and content editors. Fast responses, even with the free tier. Excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing so far. I think GraphCMS is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having GraphCMS in your toolbox allows you have a solid BE up and running in no time. Very useful for MVPs and products where TTM is a must.
