Great tool and great Support Team!
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS made writing GraphQL queries streamlined and easy. I ran into an issue with setting associations (clicked too fast through set-up) and ultimately broke my code, however, their Support Team responded within 30 minutes and quickly helped me find my issue and resolve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment everything worked great, deploying on Vercel was super easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a headless CMS style blog.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super easy and if you get stuck, shoot their chat bot a message, and someone will respond to you quickly!
Excellent headless CMS, seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the system, ease of use and the excellent service level. Any question asked is answered in a heartbeat in a professional and relaxed manner. The GraphCMS journey has been smooth sailing, with great help and assistance from a great service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost in blocks, but that can be fixed with good content structure and defined titles and finding content through pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content-wise I can use and make use of blocks as templates and reuse segments when needed.
Great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS has been great for us to have one place to store all of our content that can then feed into multiple instances of our learning system, so we can provide our content to multiple corporate clients
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes issues with content feeding from GraphCMS into our platform, where things like quizzes do not upload properly and we have to resend it or manually update in our platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to instantly upload content into our platforms with the click of a button, saving multiple hours of manual work that we would otherwise have to do, allowing us to make more sales and quicker
Definitely the best headless content platform we used
What do you like best about the product?
A very clean and well-documented GraphQL API (with mutations!) that's a breeze to use. The permissions system is also something that was a big differentiator for us since we have over 500 users in the system at any time, and it was critical that they have very granular permissions based on their role, something no other cms could offer us. Also a great team that's always ready to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, anything that's a concern or missing is either solved by their support team instantly or is already on their roadmap. We've been beta testing their modular components and federation features and since it's still in beta there's a few improvements, but that's expected since we're in early access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running our entire knowledge management system for internal documents, updates, and training through GraphCMS in 10+ languages. Their ability to handle multitenancy, localization, and complex roles is great, and definitely one of the best content APIs we've worked with
Great product and service
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS is easy to set up, is really developer-friendly and user-friendly, has great support and is regularly innovating on features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GraphCMS has helped simplify our architecture, making web development easier and quicker for developers while giving end-users an excellent CMS experience.
It's just awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast and very easy to configure. In a single day, you can build a fantastic and easy-to-manage API and launch it to your client without even touching a single line of code. It's a powerful tool and definitely will save a lot of time for us developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel is not yet available for other languages yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a content manager that could make my life easier when creating content and deploying APIs. I started and deployed a blog API within a few minutes. I'm saving time without having to code it all on my own. It is precious to launch products faster.
Great product, exemplary service
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using GraphCMS for the past year or so, but over the past couple of months have wanted to lean into our usage of it and have engaged support on two occasions.
Both times, customer support has been positively AMAZING to work with, going as far as diving into our user facing code to determine likely causes, following up days after to see how we're doing, and offering the kind of support you just never see out of digital organizations any more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, but since I've got a minimum character count here, I will say that it would be great to be able to folder or group views in the content editor so that I didn't have to hunt around so much in our catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The promise GraphCMS makes (and absolutely delivers on) is the ability to allow non-developers to create content that can be customized and displayed in very bespoke interfaces.
Great for small to medium sized web apps
What do you like best about the product?
I Really love the easy-to-use features of GraphCMS. Really simple to just create a project, Add Schemas and contents, and be ready to use. I have created a lot of portfolio projects and simple projects with GraphCMS
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing, that could be improved is the ability to add custom fields and data types in the graphCMS dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GraphCMS is by far one of the best CMS I have used so far. Works great with creating much E-Commerce to Portfolios and much more projects. Works great with Modern Stacks like Next.js and has a really good community. It can really be a good technology in the future.
Powerful GraphQL based CMS that has all the features in 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS is a great way to build application backend data in one place. The sections are very clear and the site is visually appealing. The components are very useful and are feature packed, yet very intuitive. My learning curve was very low compared to other CMS systems and or any other self hosted system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked about GraphCMS so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create applications for flexible CMS data with users like myself and business users make edits to the data structure and the data. It had to be fast, easy to use and easy to extract data for front-end usage. GraphCMS did it all!
Easily play around with GraphQL front end libraries
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get started with react relay for the first time without getting stuck on building a backend
Albeit I did still have to deal with some permission issues
Albeit I did still have to deal with some permission issues
What do you dislike about the product?
It was kind of difficult to export a schema for my front end client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to experiment with facebooks relay project
