Very intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Their platform is well designed and intuitive to use, allowing us to focus on our content and not the infrastructure running underneath it. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of to mention as a dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph’s stellar customer service, and robust content management system have made them an indispensable part of our online stack.
The Most Intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph's UI is more intuitive than most of the headless CMS out there. Its early adoption of using components makes it flexible in building web apps. The API playground makes it easy to test queries and queries are super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support hours are European hours for the Enterprise model. Sometimes the UI can be slow to update. They don't offer a non-profit discount on the enterprise model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is making it much easier to quickly get a headless CMS connected to your front end. They provide lots of examples for different front-end setups. Their dedicated slack channel for enterprise users is really helpful.
Everything you need to quickly protoyping
What do you like best about the product?
- The nodejs integration is flawless
- API setup by region
- Data primitives and connections

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model, from 0 to 299. The free version lacks a very basic functionality: environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly prototyping of models and forget about a backend just for CRUD operations,
Easy to use, complete features and docs. Hygraph seems to be made by someone who actually uses it
What do you like best about the product?
The performative and quick UI. I noticed that I don't have to wait more than 1 second to run a query, create content, publish, list my content, etc. (I don't know how it would be if I had dozens of data, tho). I also like the docs; I resolved all my problems by reading them and rarely had to google for answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked that I couldn't directly publish content; I first had to run a mutation to create content and then take the returned id and run another mutation to publish it. Also, I didn't like the limit of 100 items to query, but I understand that both of these limitations may have technical or product reasons to exist, and it didn't stop me from doing my work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided an easy way to have a database and graphql API; it was everything I needed for my final college paper so that I could focus on the front end, which is my main stack.
Hygraph has excellent tools for commerce and tech businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and integrations of tools are easy.
Customer service has been top-notch and helpful every time I reached out.

Hygraph, a high class Headless CMS with a heart for the community
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the power and flexibility of Hygraph compared to competitors I tried. The interface is intuitive and very user friendly. I'm just now diving into the Remote Source feature, but it seems a perfect solution for merging multiple data sources into one place! Next to that, Web Hooks, API Playground and other tooling make for a nice developer experience as well.
Besides the quality of the system, I am very impressed with the company and the employees. They have shown themselves very willing to think about a suitable plan for our educational institution, which shows that they have a heart for Open Source projects and the upcoming generation. They actively ask for feedback to improve stuff and are quick to react to questions. I have had some bad experiences with other companies on the communication part of things. Carry on the good work!!

What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides so far!
I sometimes get confused when saving/publishing nested components and UI settings (e.g. configure columns) are not persistent. And it would be nice if the Richt Text field could be configurable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph allows our program to let multiple students and colleagues work simultaneously on multiple projects. We teach our students to become Frontend Designers & Developers and the data/api part of the JAMStack is provided by Hygraph!
Fast and clear support
What do you like best about the product?
The communication was clear and the help was fast
What do you dislike about the product?
The support had no downside. Thank you Own!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph helped me with a bug on our components. They solved the issue and got back to me asking if everything was okey, which it was.
Truly one of the best headless CMS over here
What do you like best about the product?
Outstanding support, great DX for developers and excellent UX for the content editors. The free plan is a gem for testing stuff out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Hygraph since the GraphCMS times for my website, and I like everything. Hygraph always works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph provides excellent value for my website, helping me store, categorize and deliver the content in just no time.
Best GraphQL Headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I was working on a project using headless WordPress, which I love. When you have time limitations, getting the right plugins and configurations with WordPress can be burdensome. Building models and components are pretty straightforward with both Hygraph and WordPress. I think the thing that Hygraph beats WordPress is the ease of use in authentication. Great GraphQL support as well. Headless WordPress also has these, but you save time with Hygraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SvelteKit tutorials are out of date already. New SvelteKit users that want to use Hygraph may be frustrated. Please update the starter template on Github. I noticed a user already pushed some issues that helped me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want an easier way to add content, including images, without maintaining a server. I am also looking to localize my current website. I feel Hygraph will be one of the best tools to accomplish this.
