It's just awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast and very easy to configure. In a single day, you can build a fantastic and easy-to-manage API and launch it to your client without even touching a single line of code. It's a powerful tool and definitely will save a lot of time for us developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin panel is not yet available for other languages yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a content manager that could make my life easier when creating content and deploying APIs. I started and deployed a blog API within a few minutes. I'm saving time without having to code it all on my own. It is precious to launch products faster.

Great product, exemplary service
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using GraphCMS for the past year or so, but over the past couple of months have wanted to lean into our usage of it and have engaged support on two occasions.
Both times, customer support has been positively AMAZING to work with, going as far as diving into our user facing code to determine likely causes, following up days after to see how we're doing, and offering the kind of support you just never see out of digital organizations any more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really, but since I've got a minimum character count here, I will say that it would be great to be able to folder or group views in the content editor so that I didn't have to hunt around so much in our catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The promise GraphCMS makes (and absolutely delivers on) is the ability to allow non-developers to create content that can be customized and displayed in very bespoke interfaces.
Great for small to medium sized web apps
What do you like best about the product?
I Really love the easy-to-use features of GraphCMS. Really simple to just create a project, Add Schemas and contents, and be ready to use. I have created a lot of portfolio projects and simple projects with GraphCMS
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing, that could be improved is the ability to add custom fields and data types in the graphCMS dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GraphCMS is by far one of the best CMS I have used so far. Works great with creating much E-Commerce to Portfolios and much more projects. Works great with Modern Stacks like Next.js and has a really good community. It can really be a good technology in the future.
Powerful GraphQL based CMS that has all the features in 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS is a great way to build application backend data in one place. The sections are very clear and the site is visually appealing. The components are very useful and are feature packed, yet very intuitive. My learning curve was very low compared to other CMS systems and or any other self hosted system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked about GraphCMS so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create applications for flexible CMS data with users like myself and business users make edits to the data structure and the data. It had to be fast, easy to use and easy to extract data for front-end usage. GraphCMS did it all!
Easily play around with GraphQL front end libraries
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get started with react relay for the first time without getting stuck on building a backend
Albeit I did still have to deal with some permission issues

What do you dislike about the product?
It was kind of difficult to export a schema for my front end client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

GraphCMS
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that it has a clean looking UI with the ability to control a significant amount of the customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to navigate UI, RTE needs a lot of work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: provide a quality digital experience for government clients
Developer driven, supportive community and all around sensible CMS
What do you like best about the product?
GraphCMS from the ground up has been built with both the end-user and developers in mind. It offers extensible features which allow a developer to build a CMS that reflects their needs and requirements truly while also giving and user-friendly and customizable enough UI that non-technical users are comfortable opening it up and making changes. It has a host of well support integrations with popular frameworks such as React and a community Slack team that is well moderated and always open to giving a hand just fleshing out an idea or providing debugging help with integration or developer expereince. It's a pleasure to use, and It's hard to look back to more rigid solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like the UI is rather overwhelming with all the tabs and links and slide-out pages here and there. Sometimes I can struggle to search effectively using the search bar within the UI. Also, as a developer, It'd be amiss if I didn't ask for a dark mode :)

We are building an international Shopify store while also creating expansive and additional content for our content teams to add our own flair and meta data to products.
The flexibility of relationship types in GraphCms has really allowed us to ensure we have a handle on what can be placed where while also providing our content team have the flexibility to build pages as desired using content modules we've built in-house.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent tool for developers and flexible enough to meet the requirements of most scenarios a company may require in regards to content management, while also extensible with their new UI Extensions element.
Great headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast you can create a flexible content model and start building the front end. The UX of the product is also amazing and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that don't exist yet but I know they are working on them. They also are very receptive to feedback which is refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having our content all over the place and not structured. The biggest benefit for us is to deploy content in a structured way rapidly.
Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I found GraphCMS to be very approachable. I had limited experience with GraphQL and between the tools and docs, I had an app up and running in one day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - the web login can be persnickety. That's about it. Sometimes I have to log in more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing an open-source app that provides insight into code quality for a team. It is already up and running and has projects getting on-boarded.
Amazing Product - But first tier pricing is harsh
What do you like best about the product?
Everthing, it works really well and is highly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers! Much better to offer a pay monthly amount for smaller developers like myself, that provide sites for small concerns/clients.
For example, Netlify charge me 19 dollars a month for all the services I need. The price hike from free tier to $299 a month per project is insane.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of over-complicated bloated CMS platforms i've used in the past.
