What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the pricing is a bit steep. We had maxed out the components but everything else was below the limit... but instead of paying additional cost to just cover the additional components, we had to upgrade the package entirely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new content page types - in our business there isn't really a standard set of pages. And being able to amend/upload content quickly.
A great headless CMS for small teams

Its flexible setup lets you update and push out content smoothly, whether it's for websites or apps, keeping the messages consistent across all platforms.
Clean and easy-to-use interface, which makes working with the dev team a breeze. The dashboard is straightforward and allows real-time collaboration, so everyone can get on the same page quickly when creating and rolling out content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Out-of-the-Box Features:
Unlike traditional CMS platforms, Hygraph’s headless nature means that it doesn’t come with pre-built front-end components or templates. While this offers flexibility, it also means that users need to build their own front-end experiences or rely on developers to create them. This could be a drawback for small teams that are looking for a more plug-and-play solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user-friendly interface and real-time collaboration tools help our marketing and engineering teams work together more efficiently. This makes the whole process of content creation and deployment much smoother.
Extremely great software

The greatest thing about working with Hygraph is ease integration with any aplication no matter the Framework (at least for Js). The use of graphQL
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing I miss from the last version was the help on the query playground
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to store my content (data, media, html markdown) on a DB that needs configuration and hosting. Even the basic login process

I find it easy to structure content the way I need to consume it in my website. My favorite part is the customizable graphql API to consume the content. It also enables us to integrate with doc testing tools, which is very helpful.

I think it can be overwhelming to navigate the UI when you are new to it. I found it hard to identify what elements I need to edit to make a change on a particular page.

Hygraph has been an excellent fit for our business. We needed a simple CMS that could be swiftly implemented, and it delivered. It empowers content creators with no technical expertise to easily write and publish articles, freeing our developers from extra tasks. The pre-defined roles and visual text editor are integral to our workflow.

The project dashboard is currently very developer-oriented. It would be helpful to include more information for editors / marketers.

Hygraph Review
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is an amazing platform, I used it as an content management system for my React Native apps.
The API playground tool helped me a lot for the development of database queries, and also fetching data from Hygraph with an single Content API master key is quite easy.
I recommend developers to use Hygraph for their content delivery and excellent workplace tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about Hygraph is that once the developer creates a particular Schema, It is not possible to update it in the future, and needs to be rebuild or connect with a new one to add some feature. I think this is one thing which needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of Content Management System for most of my React Native projects is being solved by Hygraph which serves as an excellent tool for all my assets and databases.
One of the best headless graphQL-based CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and dev experience, generous free plan, quick support
What do you dislike about the product?
A few missing features such as support for single page models and a proper visual editor/preview. The paid plans are too expensive for small/medium-sized EU clients who want more than the free plan but can't afford 200$/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to store text and images often with complex structures that are not achievable with simple blog-oriented platforms. Managing multiple websites for different clients from the same account has been super helpful.
