Easy to use, good UX, great UI and support

The pricing plans could be more carachterized, like add more pages or content

I need to share some medical cases to the clients and able to do this all in this platform + React.js

Hygraph has offered me a powerful and flexible way to build structured content APIs quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph combines data from multiple sources (like REST or GraphQL APIs) into a single schema. You get a powerful, flexible, and strongly-typed API out of the box, making it ideal for modern frontend frameworks like Next.js
What do you dislike about the product?
No Native Preview Environment - Live previews need to be configured manually via frontend setup and webhooks, unlike other CMSs offering built-in preview capabilities for editors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very useful and easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is extremely easy to use and structured very well. It is very well set up so that everything is easily accessible, with a number of very strong features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we have only used the platform for a month, there are currently no issues we see with the site and it is a lot better than our previous platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hygraph for all content on our website, promoting our current promotions and welcome pages on site.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is extremely confiugurable and relatively easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be unclear when something is 'published', you may need to click publish twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph allows us to configure quickly and easily our internal content/UX.
Great experience, a top class content management system and fast customer service.

Excellent features out of the box. The system works and it's the backbone of our business.

I wish I could pay for the different modules, such as backup on-demand, instead of paying the full amount for the enterprise package. We're a small company.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s just easy to work with. No random bugs, no confusing setup, just a solid CMS with GraphQL.

The permissions system could be a bit more flexible.

Our non-technical team picked it up right away. The UI is simple and editing content is super straightforward.

Would be great if there were more built-in localization tools.

The GraphQL support is top notch. Queries are fast, the schema makes sense and everything is easy to test.

Fast setup great dev experience
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Hygraph took no time at all. The GraphQL API is clean and works exactly how you’d expect. It fits right into our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, just wish the UI had a dark mode.

We needed a headless CMS that wouldn’t slow down development. Hygraph let us move fast without extra complexity.
