The first thing I like best about Hygraoh is the fact that it has a free plan, which means one-man startup like myself can try it out before goin pro, also the fact that Hygraph has inbuilt asset manager and so much more, which means I don have to pay for hosting my assets seprately.

Best way to collaborate across departments
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the platform allows us to work across departments. Not just my department but depending on the sections of my website and the team specializations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a bit of a learning curve and the UI is a little confusing especially when i have to transfer something to another team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CMS I keep using and recommending
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is extermly configurable and the team is always on hand to help and support either through their chat widget or their dedicated community slack group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay difference between the free and paid tiers are too great. I think they would have a lot more paying clients if there was a PAYG tier. I know my clients would much prefer that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can pretty much do everything. I always recommend separating your CMS from your frontend and as most people are used to thinks like Drupal or Worpdress this concept is foreign. The fact that Hygraph is built GQL first really helps too as fetch data and pushing data to the system is just easy.
The best headless CMS out there
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing comes close to Hygraph - the easiest headless CMS I've ever used. Great content modelling, constant quality-of-life updates (components are ace).
What do you dislike about the product?
GraphQL takes a bit of getting used to if you're unfamiliar with it, and can be tricky for some tasks.

Hygraph lets our content people control the content in multiple languages, without having to deploy the site anew every time. We can schedule content changes easily, too.
Powerful and Flexible GraphQL CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is flexible and powerful with its GraphQL APIs for content. Easy to integrate and create multi-level heirarchical schema model. Hygraph studio makes it very to create, edit and maintain multi-locale content. Its very fast with in build cdn and auto optimised assets in content. I am using it for multiple projects and have never missed anything in the CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hardly find any thing to dislike about hygraph. Maybe the older name GraphCMS was more of a liking than new one. More pricing plans can be added to cater wider market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using hygraph for mainly as CMS for multiple company portals of a large scale organisation. Its GraphQL APIs makes it very easy to integrate with the Next.js frontends.
