technically impressive and future-proof CMS

  • October 18, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Hygraph at Ditto Music in 2020 and have used it since. A headless CMS was something we were keen to integrate into our tech stack in order have a scalable lightweight solution that would provide all the features we needed from a CMS. Hygraph has been a very capable choice and continues to add new features for our marketing teams to take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product is overly technical. The end users are marketing staff and copywriters. It sometimes feels that is overlooked and is more geared towards technical staff although we encourage our non-technical staff to overcome these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is a CMS we have used for our content since 2020. It allows our marketing team to have more control over the content we publish across dittomusic.com

Great CMS for small websites

What do you like best about the product?
It was a smooth learning curve to get things going. Even as a total beginner, I was able to set it up and present data dynamically in my second project ever. This service is perfect for front end developers who want to have a kinda full-stack experience. I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from the free tier to the paid tier is quite steep, but understandable given how generous the free tier is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to create a backoffice from scratch. Hygraph offers all the solutions I need to get going quickly.

In Depth look at hygraph

  • October 18, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use hygraph for storing and managing my content on the web which I use to frequently call for building my android and ios apps, because the quality of the content remains constant. The features like creating a storage mechanism with the help of public content api calling is one of the best features of Hygraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantages of using hygraph is limiting the content id's to be used once and also proper documentation is not provided to the user while using the software. Also a separate section for the project api id's can be built instead of letting the user search through the entire api playground.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one thing that Hygraph CMS is doing right is letting me use high quality content for my development wich easy use of content api's. I've tried other content management softwares but Hygraph stands ahead when it comes to ease of use and I have toi share the project with the collegue developers.

Hygraph has everything we need for our app's content

  • October 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how consistent the app is. An update was made at a certain point, but they handled everything on their side and it did not cause a headache. I really appreciated that!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be wonderful to be able to turn "help" tags on for when something is listed that we don't know what it is or how to use it. Something like little question marks you can click on to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our app is comprised of thousands of profile. Each profile includes a review, a cover, and a variety of data points about a book. Hygraph works perfectly for this. We are able to use the system to create and manage each profile. We also use Hypgraph to send out push notifications connected to the profiles and to link customers to internal and external URLs.
