A lot of options, but very unintuitive and hard to navigate

  • October 02, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a big platform that gives you a lot possibilities and some of the options give you possibilities to set up more interactive experiences / web pages than it was done before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard at start to grasp the options that you're getting - the UI/UX of the platform is not super intuitive and you really have to be determined to understand everything and make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows my company to present it's products in a nice way during industry conferences / showcases.

Just like your tag like says: When code meets content,
every team wins
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding is slow! I don't know where to start. Never seems to be a real, no jargon, explanation of whats what
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our need for a competent CMS

One Of The Best Headless CMSes

  • October 02, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favourite aspects of Hygraph is how easy it is to setup a GraphQL schema with it's drag and drop interface instead of manually creating a GraphQL schema with code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the complexity of your project, you need to invest extra time to reduce the number and size of queries you send to the Hygraph servers, this is only applicable to large complex projects though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of creating a content schema as well as storing the content.

Hypgraph: An Experience to Remember!

  • October 02, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Some aspects of Hygraph are quite impressive, while I particularly appreciate the simplicity and the degree of flexibility that the interface has. The navigation is very easy, even though it allows for some alterations. In addition, content modeling in Hygraph is really powerful and its integration capabilities have also helped us a lot in simplifying our operations. In fact, these properties have made content management systems more effective and customized. In fact, it has improved the organization and collaboration within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
To tell the truth, it would be lovely to have a better welcome than this. As it stands, there are a few helping hands and instructions provided, which tend to be few in number. If a more detailed step by step guidance and manuals for the entire app were available, it’s easier for a newbie to settle in and enjoy all the neat features of the app without hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph tackles many of the serious issues that companies encounter in their everyday content management and distribution (in a broad sense). It allows the splitting of content across a number of channels. The outcome: messages become jumbled, brand compliance goes down the drain and a lot of effort is wasted… just to mention a few.

Effective resource utilization with Hygraph. This aspect made work easier and efficiency improved quite a lot. It is easy to adopt the API-led strategy that allows the inclusion and distribution of content into different sites and applications without being stuck forever requesting for updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and how easy it is to use. Also the image formatting
What do you dislike about the product?
I misses a ver basic hands on guide on how to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. Also for small projects that have projection, you can host static sites in netlify or similar and achieve blazing speed storing images with Hygraph. And when you scale you have everything setup

Setup, Work, Relax

  • October 02, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is being used daily by about 20 people a day. Everything is well structured. It never fails to work. Easy setup therefor easy implementation. Ease of use thanks to a clear interface. All this makes integration a simple process. Makes work much easier. Just had one problem with login once, the support generally helps out on the same day. Hygraph is being used daily by about 20 people a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with any other software, when a new feature or change is needed, the user is not always the developer/programer and therefor has to contact the IT for changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph helps us create content/blogs for our shop with ease. No IT knowhow needed. It makes it easier to create blogs for everyone and therefor cheaper.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price could be a little more accessible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic and multi purpose database

Amazing GraphQL Headless CMS I ever used

  • September 28, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I having been using Hygraph for more than a year now and it has made frontend development super easy. The Hygraph studio UI is very intuitive and enables instant data modeling and structure. The powerful graphql api are generated on the fly. The performance and assets caching is also optimised out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations to third party app is little bit confusing, I was not able clearly understand from docs on how to integrate cloudinary for assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using for multiple projects for our e-commerce clients as an Headless CMS platform for online store. Also for asset management.

The free tier is quite generous, and also offers audit logs which helps analyse stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, and I was able to integrate it in my nextjs application with ease. The schema builder is also good, like the drag-and-drop tool.
It is very customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, I am worried as it increases after 20 users. I am happy with the free tier. So I can do 5000 entries free and then it is very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as the CMS for our web3 marketing agency. I have a content writer, I don't need to give him access to the website, he does it from the CMS with principle of least privilege.
It has enough text styling options and editing, customisation options.
