What do you like best about the product?
I like best about hygraph is that the design are developer friendly and also easy for use to a developer , when developer works in together the features are very useful and also improve the team efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most i dislike about hygrph is it depend upon third party tools for creation of front end part and for a non technical team need to work with developers for performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem in hygraph is that when require to fetch the data from REST-APIs , this indicates to inefficiencies and the solution is that the API allow to developers a request the exact data that they needed exactly in a single query

Its complexity, pricing, and limited capabilities make it less appealing for non-technical users like some of my colleagues find it very complex because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
As per my experience hygraph is built around GraphQL, which allows users to retrieve exactly the data they need in a flexible and efficient way. This makes it a popular choice for developers who prefer working with GraphQL over REST APIs. this what I liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based no my experience the platform is user-friendly for developers, those without a technical background might find the GraphQL-centric approach challenging. Understanding how to model data and query it effectively can take some time, especially for content creators unfamiliar with GraphQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hygraph is a headless CMS, meaning it separates the backend content management from the frontend display. This allows you to manage and deliver content across multiple platforms (websites, mobile apps, IoT devices, etc.) using a single content source via APIs.This problem solving of Hygraph benefitting me.

What I like best about Hygraph is its flexibility and the GraphQL-first approach. it gives me the freedom to structure content the way I want, without being tied to predefined templates.

What I dislike about Hygraph is the learning curve, especially if you're new to GraphQL. It takes some time to get comfortable with writing queries and setting up everything efficiently. which might be a drawback for smaller teams or projects.

It often lacks flexibility in content delivery across multiple channels like web and mobile and Implementing a GraphQL API from scratch is complex for me don't know about others, haha..

I can query only the data ineed, reduces over-fetching or under-fetching issues common with REST APIs.

Non-technical teams mostly struggle to implement Hygraph without involving developers while integrating frontend or API setup.

As per my experience Hygraph’s GraphQL API is one of its strongest points. It allows for precise and efficient data queries, letting developers fetch only the data they need. This flexibility provides better performance and a more tailored experience when building web applications. As Well as unlike traditional CMSs that rely on REST APIs, GraphQL’s single endpoint reduces the need for multiple API calls and simplifies the integration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are Hygraph is a developer-centric platform, which means that new users or content editors without a technical background might find it difficult to get started. While the interface is intuitive for content management, setting up the API and designing complex content models can require some learning, especially for users who are new to GraphQL or headless CMSs. thats what I dislike

As I am using it for Headless CMS following are probles its solving for me. Problem- Traditional CMSs often couple content management with presentation, meaning content is tied to a specific frontend. This makes it difficult to repurpose or scale content across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, IoT devices).

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is delivering very good performance most of the times it is returning results less then a second. Coming to their support team response was very qucik and helpful.

Price is bit high but with respect to service and quality we are getting it is negligible

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hygraph for few of our e-commerce projects and found it very easy to setup, add locales, define schema and start writing content.
The APIs are very detailed and easy to integrate with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.
