We have been using Libraesva for a few years and never had problems

SOme times good emails fall in the spam filter but nothing that can give problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva Email Security is an excellent solution: effective against spam, phishing, and malware, with an intuitive and easy-to-manage interface. The quarantine system is clear and functional, and the technical support stands out for its competence and speed. Since we started using it, the security of our emails has significantly improved. Highly recommended for those seeking advanced protection and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, although complete, can be unintuitive for less experienced users; managing whitelists/blacklists requires too many steps, and some quarantine notifications are not always timely.

What do you like best about the product?
The advanced threat protection feature of Libraesva ESG is one of its standout aspects. It has proved exceptionally efficient in shielding our network from evolving email threats such as phishing, ransomware, and business email compromise (BEC) attacks. The machine learning algorithms continually adapt to new threats, ensuring our inbox remains secure. The default settings also impressed me, they simply work. Their URLSand time of click protection, is really effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish they could improve is about documentation. Their doc site is a bit messy and difficult to search, even if all information is there. Lack of an end user guide.

The Admin interface is a little complicated
