Very easy to use lightweight product that does its job.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of configuration, the lightness and since we have put it in we receive practically zero SPAM.
It handles DKIM easily and updates itself.

There are no aspects that we do not particularly like.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have drastically reduced SPAM and are able to work on issues in a timely manner.
It has been set up as a first access mailgate and works very well with low running costs compared to other vendors

What do you like best about the product?
After many years in information technology, I must say that Libra Esva is the only product that has confirmed its quality and reliability over the years. I have known it since version 3, and even then it had proven itself to be an above-average product in blocking threats that come from the mail. More:
- installation and configuration is quick and easy with just a few clicks
- their support team has always been very fast and efficient in solving problems
- starting with version 5, the management console has taken a huge step in the ease of management and rationalization of menus

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation is not as complete or up-to-date as one would like it to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a large number of clients through cloud implementation, ensuring strict privacy compliance for each one. We have received very few reports from customers related to spam, and this is the best indicator of the goodness of the product: if the customer doesn't hear back, it means it's working well.

I am very happy and satisfied with LibraEsva because thanks to its simplicity, detailed guides, and excellent support, we were able to start using it immediately and integrate it seamlessly into our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, sometimes new phishing emails manage to bypass the filters. However, it is always possible to report these emails to Esva so they can update and improve their engines accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is still able to handle the entire email flow of the company, and the simplicity of the interface makes it quick and easy to manage all the traffic

Easy, fast, very effective at best price. And guys of support are fast and very competent

Nothing, it is perfect. After several years very low number of false positives.

Libraesva Email Security is an outstanding solution that perfectly combines effectiveness, simplicity, and depth. Its anti-spam filter is among the best I've ever tested—accurate, granular, and constantly updated. The user interface is clean and intuitive even for non-technical users, while administrators benefit from advanced controls and flexible policy management. Features like sandboxing for attachments and malicious link analysis offer proactive, enterprise-grade protection. Reports are detailed and insightful, LDAP/AD integration is seamless, and the technical support is fast and highly competent. It’s a must-have tool that significantly enhances corporate email security and drastically reduces phishing and malware risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no real downsides. If I had to point out something, I would suggest improving the mobile interface to allow emergency management when off-site. But this is a minor detail compared to the overall excellence of the product.
