Excellent assistance and ultra-fast responses
What do you like best about the product?
Libra Esva's support is always quick to respond and thorough in solving problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been nice to be able to open the ticket as an admin directly from the Libra Esva cloud portal as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was no longer possible to connect with non-admin users

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva Email Security offers outstanding protection against spam, phishing, and malware. Its filtering capabilities are highly accurate, significantly reducing unwanted and dangerous emails. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage security policies and monitor email traffic. I also appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Libraesva Email Security is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup can be a bit complex for less experienced users, and some advanced features require a learning curve.

delete a domain and the support writes for me a guide to correcty delete it

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates perfectly in Microsoft 365 and protects from bad things (including spam) in attachments and links, quite easy to implement but we need a 3rd party partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spam filter could be improved to better block “time-wasting” emails. Even when an email is marked as spam, it doesn’t seem to improve filtering for future messages. We continue to receive spam emails every day, although fewer than before using Libraesva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LibraEsva is helping us prevent malicious content to be opened from users in Outlook and is a great investment to protect our IT infrastracture. It works smoothly in the background and emails flow as fast as without it. Every time you receive a link or an attachment, LibraEsva scans it and deliver it only if virus-free. We have never contacted support because the software has never been down since we implemented it.

The product is constantly updated, the learning course for use is extremely clear, the documentation effective.
I appreciated the definition of the rules that I previously used in Spamassassin, they are extremely clear and easy to explain to customers.
Installation and configuration are completed in just a few minutes.

At the moment nothing to highlight.
The interface change can be destabilizing but with the helpdesk support and documentation all ordinary and extraordinary operations are completed in a short time.

We have been using Libraesva Email Security for years and pretty much everything about it has been an all positive experience.
- Easy to manage, implement and integrate.
- New updates are frequent and effortless to do.
- The interface is simple and clean.
- Has lots of features.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't go under the hood. I mean it's closed code (no ssh login rights). For example I wasn't able to update the VMHardware for this VM to a newer one. Or installing (an active) Zabbix agent is out of question. You don't have access to the OS - and support won't do it for you.

Preventing tons of spam and malicious messages/attachments from entering our mail system.

Its a great product. I was little hesitant initially to buy this product as i had little knowledge about the product. Its worth the money
