Libreasva is the ideal solution for email security

Libraesva has solved most of the security problems for my clients.
Now my customers have peace of mind when downloading their mail, and so do I for them

My clients do not have security training, and with Libraesva I managed to close all the critical issues that arise from the email service

LibraEsva has been an indispensable software for our company for several years.
It does an extraordinary job of keeping our employees' inboxes clean and secure.
It truly does what we asked for and wanted.
It's constantly improving every year, adding new features to make communications more secure.
The system installation was managed by one of our partners, but it wasn't complicated.
Managing the portal to create users, permissions or release blocked emails is very simple

The only flaw I can find is the huge price increase this year.

Since 2018, LibraEsva has always kept our communications secure. It may be a coincidence, but since then, we've never had employees open or click on the wrong emails.
Before, once or twice a year, some PC would be attacked, and the antivirus would intervene to block the malware or other threats.

I don't like not receiving any feedback from the report, whether it's good or bad

It blocks all phishing emails and constantly updates itself with new attack techniques.
But after years of use, I can say that false positives are almost zero.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva ESG offers a robust and comprehensive protection against all types of email threats, including phishing, malware, and spoofing. The interface is clean and intuitive, making daily management and threat analysis fast and efficient. I particularly appreciate the advanced reporting tools, granular policy control, and seamless integration with Microsoft 365. The support team is responsive and highly competent, which adds even more value to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. If I had to mention one aspect, the initial configuration may require some familiarity with email flow concepts, especially for less experienced administrators. However, the documentation is thorough, and the support team is always available to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva helps us block phishing, malware, and BEC attacks before they reach users, reducing security risks and support workload. It also improves compliance and gives us full visibility on email traffic, allowing the IT team to work more efficiently.

The ease of configuration, the lightness and since we have put it in we receive practically zero SPAM.

There are no aspects that we do not particularly like.

We have drastically reduced SPAM and are able to work on issues in a timely manner.
It has been set up as a first access mailgate and works very well with low running costs compared to other vendors

After many years in information technology, I must say that Libra Esva is the only product that has confirmed its quality and reliability over the years. I have known it since version 3, and even then it had proven itself to be an above-average product in blocking threats that come from the mail. More:
- installation and configuration is quick and easy with just a few clicks
- their support team has always been very fast and efficient in solving problems
- starting with version 5, the management console has taken a huge step in the ease of management and rationalization of menus

Sometimes the documentation is not as complete or up-to-date as one would like it to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a large number of clients through cloud implementation, ensuring strict privacy compliance for each one. We have received very few reports from customers related to spam, and this is the best indicator of the goodness of the product: if the customer doesn't hear back, it means it's working well.

I am very happy and satisfied with LibraEsva because thanks to its simplicity, detailed guides, and excellent support, we were able to start using it immediately and integrate it seamlessly into our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, sometimes new phishing emails manage to bypass the filters. However, it is always possible to report these emails to Esva so they can update and improve their engines accordingly.

It is still able to handle the entire email flow of the company, and the simplicity of the interface makes it quick and easy to manage all the traffic
