Libraesva has significantly improved corporate email security.
What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva offers a high threat detection capability and a very effective spam filter. I greatly appreciate the granularity of the policies, the ability to precisely manage attachments, and the seamless integration with Microsoft 365. The user interface is clear and allows easy monitoring of all incoming and outgoing communications. The technical support is excellent and always available promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve for advanced setup can be a bit steep for less experienced users. Some advanced features are only accessible from separate panels, making navigation less straightforward. The mobile interface could be improved for more convenient management from smartphones. Finally, the scheduled reports could offer more detailed customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva Email Security helps us protect the organization from phishing, malware, and targeted attacks that pass through email. It drastically reduces spam and false positives thanks to a very precise analysis engine. Additionally, the centralized quarantine allows users to easily recover legitimate messages that were held back, improving efficiency without compromising security. URL analysis and attachment inspection (sandboxing) have also proven to be fundamental tools for advanced threat prevention.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva Email Security is an outstanding solution that perfectly combines effectiveness, simplicity, and depth. Its anti-spam filter is among the best I've ever tested—accurate, granular, and constantly updated. The user interface is clean and intuitive even for non-technical users, while administrators benefit from advanced controls and flexible policy management. Features like sandboxing for attachments and malicious link analysis offer proactive, enterprise-grade protection. Reports are detailed and insightful, LDAP/AD integration is seamless, and the technical support is fast and highly competent. It’s a must-have tool that significantly enhances corporate email security and drastically reduces phishing and malware risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no real downsides. If I had to point out something, I would suggest improving the mobile interface to allow emergency management when off-site. But this is a minor detail compared to the overall excellence of the product.

ibraesva Email Security helps us tackle the growing threat of phishing, malware, and spam by providing advanced filtering and threat analysis before messages even reach the inbox. It significantly reduces false positives and manual intervention, saving IT staff valuable time. The clear quarantine reports and easy message tracking improve end-user transparency and control. Additionally, the ability to inspect URLs and attachments in real time via sandboxing gives us peace of mind, especially in a hybrid work environment. Overall, it ensures secure, efficient email communication and protects sensitive data across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful and secure email security product. It allows good customization and integration. The post-sales technical support is fast and excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some feature request to be implemented but I expect they will do it soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LibraEsva ESG filters incoming and outgoing emails and apart from a few rare false negatives I am confident that my users receive emails without the risk of digital threats.
Even when a few false negatives pass, the integration tools allow me to quickly resolve the issue.
The introduction of AI in the latest release I think will further improve the recognition of emails with digital threats.
